saleta lessane My daughter took her Honda here bc she was having issues with it starting. Michael confirmed that it was the starter after he did a diagnostic. He also said that the starter had a 1 yr warranty on it or 12,000 miles. 5 months later, she is having the same issue. We take it back and he switches out the starter again. In the lot of the shop, the car wouldn’t start after he supposedly switched out the starter. He switches it out for another starter for free after going back in forth with us about how we shouldn’t have to pay for a new starter. 3 days later, it’s the same issue. Take it to another mechanic and we find out that it is the flywheel. We still need a new starter though. We call Michael back and ask him to call Auto Zone so that we can switch the part out and he refuses. Stating “ last time, you upset me so I can’t help you. You will have to pay for another starter.” How is that fair? I also found out that starters have 2 to 3 year warranties on them. Michael makes up his own policies. Please ask questions and verify any information before giving over your hard earned money. $500 dollars later and I still don’t have a starter……who should be angry? Him or me

Robert Duckett Took my Honda Accord there for new water pump and timing belt. Work was completed properly. Mechanic takes pride in his work and seemed to pay attention to the details. Will be taking my car back again. Pricing was very fair.

Debra Phillip Poor service. The do not take responsibility for when they lie to you on the phone and when you get there they change it up on you. When you get there and ask for the person you spoke with and you give them the name of the person and that person you spoke with is saying that is not his name but his other brother says thats is his name. To much unprofessional people working there. Take your business somewhere else.

ellen cain I contacted Barry about my 2018 Honda Pilot which i purchased new in 2018 and was told by Honda I needed a new timing belt kit. I took it to C and C to get a quote and they called me back within 30 minutes to tell me the cost. The cost was a factor of course but they were so helpful and accommodating. I took my pilot on Tuesday and got it back on Wednesday afternoon. They are thorough and very nice and pleasant to deal with. I wouldnt from here on out take my vehicle to anyone else .

Deborah This was our 2nd time having repairs done at C&C they do a really great job. They have your car ready when they say its going to be done and the price is very reasonable. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Chris Stephens Incompetent and lazy. I’ve had my oil change here a few times. However, this last oil change was completely negligent. Oil leaking from the filter, puddle of oil became significantly bigger overnight. While I can understand mistakes happen, there’s never an excuse for laziness. The technician never secured the service port on the skid plate, never bothered to replace the second bolt, and left everything as pictured. Simply complacent, no pride in work. When I returned to the store, technicians stated there was no leak, but the oil was already half a quart low. Despite, showing pictures of the filter clearly leaking and the puddle of oil, this store refused to stand by their work.

warmar republic They opened a lane to get me through faster. The techs were friendly enough to even joke around a bit, but stayed on task. Reasonable prices if you ask for discounts.

Mark Widdis I came in the morning and they said they could see me in the afternoon. When I came back later the customer service was awesome. They inspected my tires and found a small leak around the valve stem. The Technician made the repair quickly. Inwas back on the road in no time. Superior service and very knowledgeable Technicians. I Highly recommend you take your vehicle here for service. Thank you!!

Vivian Johnson I called due to my 2004 f-150 not turning over, and the shifter cable needing replaced. They towed my truck over, and took about a week and a half for repairs. No one could tell us exactly what was done when we picked it up. It turned on fine, got it home, parked, 30 min later we got ready to leave and it wouldn’t turn on again. We called and left voicemails and was never returned by anyone. Truck has now been sitting for 2 weeks and money down the drain.

They dropped what they were doing to check out a problem I was having with a tire leak that everyone else in Augusta was too busy to fix or couldnt fix even when they tried. I panicked, ran around my truck and got him over my shoulder trying to get him to stop choking and breathing correctly and I was yelled at to move my truck.. no compassion or understanding to an obviously panicked mother..

I want to mention that I had special circumstances about the timeline expected for me to be without my truck, which is my work truck and without it, hard to make my living. The guys at Kendricks worked with me as best they could and only had my vehicle while working on it. Other shops had told me they needed it for a month, and had no understanding for my situation. When all said and done Kendricks had my truck at their shop for less than 2 weeks. The work looks perfect, the paint is as slick as glass. The whole process was easy. Thank you guys! To say I would highly recommend them, goes without saying. They truly cared about my situation and might be the only business left that delivers great customer service and quality at the same time! Benjamin Sprague Terrible experience, they screwed me over in so many ways. So I decided to get my work done at Kendrick’s body and paint at their location on Washington rd in Evans just past the Kia dealership. They assured me my car would be taken car of. . . I had a few questions during inspection because I was concerned there the suspension was damaged, and I was just curious. So I talked to the man in charge of the car. He was very disrespectful to me, talking very condescending. In our conversation at some I had offended him as-well. This was my bad, I was very stressed out about finals, and didn’t watch my tone properly. However I did not know I offended him until weeks later. I go on with my life and was just using the rental my insurance gave me until my car was fixed, I kept getting messages from Kendricks saying my car was still in the process of being fixed. I tried calling Kendricks during this time, but every time I never got a response and was sent to voice mail immediately. I just trusted that my car was being worked on and focused on work and school. Fast forward a few weeks I get a call from insurance asked why I haven’t picked up my car. I was very confused by this. They explained to me that Kendrick’s told my insurance that they were refusing to work on my car because I was disrespectful and offended one of their team members. So I head right over to Kendrick’s and tried to pick up my car. Unfortunately, when I got there my car was not ready, still disassembled and just sitting in their yard. This entire time I though my car was getting repaired it was just sitting their. They tell me I had to leave, so I did. I was told by them that my car would be ready to go by tomorrow (as in still damaged by the crash, but ready to be taken to another shop) To my surprise, during one of my good friends high school graduation, I get an angry call from insurance. They told me my car has been ready since about a week prior. So now because of that, and the extent of time I had already used the rental, insurance was taking away my rental. Even though I saw with my own eyes that it was still disassembled just one day prior. They told insurance that it was fully assembled and ready to go for a long time already. I rushed out of my friends graduation to run over and return my rental car before I got charged for it and run over to Kendrick’s to pick up my car. When I received my car one tire was flat, new curb rash, and my interior and exterior were disgustingly dirty. Dirt and grim every where especially in my interior. My steering wheel had this unknown sticky substance on it. I then scheduled an appointment with Gerber collision, and they took wonderful care of my car. Fixing my car to look good as new. Communicated and were very respectful during the entire process. They were quick with repairs and I got my car back. I was unable to get money back for the damage Kendricks did to my wheels from my insurance, unfortunately Kendricks is the only one who has the proof of that. They told insurance that the nails in the tires happen at Gerber, even though the tire was flat before Gerber even touched my car. In short, I’m sure Kendrick’s does fine work. Until you offered one of their workers. Then they’ll lie and treat your car like trash. Srewing you over in more ways than one. Note: I attached photos of the damage and the flat tire when I picked up the car. One photo of the flat. One of the screw and nail they left in my tire. And one of the curb rash they added to my rims.

Larry W Grant Needed a tire for my dually. Normal guy I go to didnt have, he suggested I check these guys out. I am glad I did, this is a great bunch. The office employees are super nice and the guys running the shop are just awesome. Its great to pull into a place and have a laugh with the employees. Prices are great, product I have no issues with either. Check them out you in the Washington, Georgia area.

BigMama Willis Beware!!!!!!! Please do not take your vehicle to this shop. If you do just get your brakes or oil change done. The mechanic they have there seems to be overworked and not knowledgeable of how to fix cars. The vehicle I brought was an older 2003 model and they still couldnt fix it. I brought my vehicle home and it didnt crank. I paid close to a $1000 and my vehicle sat there for over a month. Please go to Standard Automative . They are really good and they make sure your car is right. Please leave this shop alone.

Anthony Zimlich Honesty, integrity and professionalism are just a few words to describe Quiet Storm. I can not say enough great things about this shop. My vehicle was towed there after it catastrophically broke down and they diagnosed and fixed the problems with little to no visible malfunctions. They showed me what the problem was, explained it thoroughly and was spot on with the time required to fix it. The shop is impeccably clean, friendly and restores my faith in honest workmanship. Being from out of town, they communicated incredibly and charged me a very fair price. The receptionist/office manager (Michelle) and owner himself (Kenny) treated me like family and they pay attention to the small details. Ill make the two hour drive in a heartbeat just to use this shop again. 10 stars!

I called around trying to find someone to look at it but Quiet Storm took care of my car the same exact day, which other auto shops were giving me 2-3 days for a timeframe just to look at my car. Excellent knowledge, customer service, very honest an a clean waiting area to I will be back with my other two cars THANKS AGAIN. 10 July 25 at 1030hrs I approach Mr Phillip about purchasing a battery how about this gentleman said I can bring it in today at 1400hrs. I drop my vehicle off at 1110hrs an around 1300hrs my car was ready. YOUNT family I really appreciate the way your connect with your customers, eye contact is very important I notice a lot that your team never makes people feel dumb by asking questions. So I will continue coming back thanks again for just being kind.

Lucia Getsi I have been using Marc Younts tire pro for about two years now. Wish I had discovered him years ago. I love my new tires. I love that I can go and get them rotated there. I love his maintenance service that he does on my 2015 Hyundai Azera Limited, and I love how he checks my car out. He will alert me to maintenance that really should be done. That is a little out of the ordinary. When he put my tires on, he said you need new front struts. And he was right my car was pulsing and shuttering when I had to do a hard brake on a mountain road in a rain storm. So I got the car back in had that done and a front end alignment and it was all finished within two hours! No waiting for them to get my car straight back to fix it because they actually keep their appointment times! This is highly unusual and service that you will never get in a dealership. The work environment there you can sense when you walk in is very congenial, respectful, and collaborative.. It doesn’t get better than this— incredibly skilled professionals. A spotless front desk area, and waiting room, always on time, always timely in getting work done, Always helpful and pleasant and honest. These are people who take great pride in every aspect of their work and their work environment and in being the best.

Annette Gabriel Im away from home on a road trip and needed to get help with my car after some mechanical issues. I found Christian Brothers Auto via Google maps, inquired and they were able to help me same day. Not only was the place clean and neat, but they have baked cookies in the waiting room and put a little care package of sweet treats in my car when they gave it back to me 2 hrs later. Kenny at the counter was incredibly helpful and they used great tech to keep you updated on your phone while you wait! What a great experience! I wish I lived in the area Id use them again for all my car servicing!
