Shea: Very poor customer service. My credit card was charged $954.77 for one used tire. Had to wait 2 hours before someone who spoke English could reverse the charge on my card. Tire pressure light came on same day. Looked at the tire I just purchased and it was cut up. I was told it was my responsibility to look at the tire before I left the shop. So now I have to come out my pocket AGAIN to buy a tire from a different establishment.

Jacob Lamb: Oil pressure pump went out, took it here. Was told itd save time and money to replace engine so paid over $2,100 for a used engine. They put the same oil pressure pump in the engine. Drove less than 6 miles before oil pressure pump failed and blew the motor. Took it back for the warranty replacement and 10 months later still sitting behind the shop. Since the warranty has expired I asked for a refund so I could take it elsewhere and was refused. Being told I now have to buy a new oil pressure pump, and a rebuild kit to fix the new issues. Everytime I ask him about he tells me the car is going in the garage after the car he is currently fixing and will be ready within a week, on the rare occasions I can catch him even in the shop... Very dishonest, doesnt care for his customers, and a thief as far as Im concerned.
