HOWARD Fowler Carlton has serviced my vehicles since 1991. He worked for another station at the time. He found an air filter iny year old ram 3500 clogged with everything. I wasnt going to Shell because I didnt think they serviced fleet accounts. Carlton is solid and never ever has a bad attitude. Tyler ,Melvin and the other gentleman all work as a team.

They took one look, identified the problem immediately, and repaired my truck so I could continue on. Customer service was excellent and cost was very reasonable. Highly recommend.

Aaliah Fuller Don’t know where to start smh , I had to pay $240 for nothing wasted my money , basically after I paid for my part I left the shop the same day & my car was doing the exact same thing so basically they didn’t FIX my car & soo second time I came a guy told me that I have a blown head gasket & gave me a price that’s way too expensive!! That’s why I towed my own car from the SHOP it took you days too tell me a blown head gasket !! if that’s the case why let me drive off instead of fixing the problem it got worse my car can’t be use until I get it fix , either they didn’t know why my car hood was smoking or they just unprofessional . & sometimes you have too keep calling to get answers & updates on your vehicle !! But otherwise I do appreciate the effort.

I took it to Brandon at Southern automotive and after that experience I won’t use any other shop for my automotive/tire needs. It’s hard to find a good honest mechanic but I trust these guys!

Tried 2 other local repair shops that gave me the run around and ultimately gave me the wrong diagnosis. Saunders communicated with me every step of the way. Even took me back home because my car wasnt ready when they thought it would be.. and offered to pick me back up when they were finished. Not only did repairing my car mean so much to me, but the honesty and willingness to make things right for me and help me in a time of need will always be appreciated! Thornton Jack (JackTheHoon) Took my truck for a steering wheel recall in February, truck sat for three month and they replaced the transmission. They did not complete the steering wheel recall, three months after they replaced my transmission my steering felt like it was about to fall off, so truck has to go back for the steering wheel recall, as soon as i get it back it has a traction control light on, so take it back to be charged a 486$ customer participation fee???? I didnt participate in anything, my vendor took it to ford because i did not want to participate with this ford dealership. Also dealership took the pin out of my trailer tree on top of the truck leading to the hitch falling out and damaging the transmission cooler on the truck as soon as i got the truck back from having the transmission replaced

Nett Kilcrease I had a very disappointing experience at this dealership. From the beginning, the salesman was extremely pushy and persistent. He kept pressing me for personal information and how much I could put down for a down payment — all before I had even chosen a vehicle. It felt like I was being pressured into making a quick decision instead of being helped through the process. After I purchased an F-150 truck, I later found out there was an active recall on the vehicle — something the sales manager never mentioned during the sale. That’s a serious omission and shows a real lack of transparency and concern for customer safety. Overall, this experience left me feeling misled and taken advantage of. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an honest or respectful car-buying experience. Take your business to Tifton or some other dealership!!
