Thornton Jack (JackTheHoon) Took my truck for a steering wheel recall in February, truck sat for three month and they replaced the transmission. They did not complete the steering wheel recall, three months after they replaced my transmission my steering felt like it was about to fall off, so truck has to go back for the steering wheel recall, as soon as i get it back it has a traction control light on, so take it back to be charged a 486$ customer participation fee???? I didnt participate in anything, my vendor took it to ford because i did not want to participate with this ford dealership.
Also dealership took the pin out of my trailer tree on top of the truck leading to the hitch falling out and damaging the transmission cooler on the truck as soon as i got the truck back from having the transmission replaced

Unprofessional and shady. The GM and finance guy were more focused on drama and personal affairs than helping customers. Heard offensive language being used and witnessed behavior that made me seriously uncomfortable. If you value honesty and respect, steer clear of this place.

Nett Kilcrease I had a very disappointing experience at this dealership. From the beginning, the salesman was extremely pushy and persistent. He kept pressing me for personal information and how much I could put down for a down payment — all before I had even chosen a vehicle. It felt like I was being pressured into making a quick decision instead of being helped through the process.
After I purchased an F-150 truck, I later found out there was an active recall on the vehicle — something the sales manager never mentioned during the sale. That’s a serious omission and shows a real lack of transparency and concern for customer safety.
Overall, this experience left me feeling misled and taken advantage of. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an honest or respectful car-buying experience.
Take your business to Tifton or some other dealership!!
