Thornton Jack (JackTheHoon): Took my truck for a steering wheel recall in February, truck sat for three month and they replaced the transmission. They did not complete the steering wheel recall, three months after they replaced my transmission my steering felt like it was about to fall off, so truck has to go back for the steering wheel recall, as soon as i get it back it has a traction control light on, so take it back to be charged a 486$ customer participation fee???? I didnt participate in anything, my vendor took it to ford because i did not want to participate with this ford dealership. Also dealership took the pin out of my trailer tree on top of the truck leading to the hitch falling out and damaging the transmission cooler on the truck as soon as i got the truck back from having the transmission replaced
