Edward Dennis Always very fast. This trip was no different except a $33 up charge on top of full synthetic was added without consulting me. I had a $26 coupon (showed after the service) so it wasn’t far outside my normal price, but was disappointed in not being consulted first.

Steve Brackett Waited in line for 30 minutes. Second in my line. Employees walking without any haste about themselves getting customers through. I actually got out of my truck and ask a young lady why it was taking so long . She said she was sorry the guys were moving slowly, drinking sodas and trying to eat quickly. It was a hot day which staying hydrated is important. I ask who was in charge and she pointed out the person. Needless to say I just shook my head. I had ask the attendant to let me see the air filter. This didn’t happen and wasn’t checked. For the price of 179.00 on my Sierra , I am not happy. I’ve never paid that much even at the dealership!! Susan Boyer Bill and Laura are wonderful at assuring me, an older single woman by giving me the security of knowing the diagnosis, suggested repairs, and price are true, necessary and will be performed by service technicians under Bills direction. This gives me peace of mind that my older vehicle is safe to drive and in good working condition. I am so grateful for my truck Doctor lol. Laura is so good at finding a spot in their busy busy day when I call and provides friendly customer service when it comes time to settle my invoice. Her smile is always reassuring and helps me know; Im paying the right price for a necessary repair and my vehicle is now in good shape to drive again. Thank you Bill and Laura!!

The Hurst Very friendly and helpful staff. The manager is very knowledgeable about everything auto related and will be truthful about what you need and not try and upsale you on things you dont like most auto repair places in town. They have one of the best prices for oil changes in town. I tell everyone I know to check them out. I will continue to bring my personal and company vehicles to them.

linda lindall Their customer service was great. However, during my visit for a routine oil change they managed to strip the plug to the oil pan. Putting in a temporary plug and then using Lock Tight on it, I later found that because of their negligence, it is going to cost me the replacement of a new oil pan ranging in a repair of over $600. Buyer beware.

Reid Hill I was without a car for several days because of this place. When I got the oil changed they didn’t put the cap back on, causing my car to leak. They charge way too much for the service they provide.

Leon H i had a flat on the road and made it here on my flat. i was basically stranded and they were on lunch break but after everyone got back, they got the tire replaced in the promised time frame. pricing was kind of high like they got some high end tire, but given that i had no choice at least it saved a tow.

Michaele Mullen Mine and my husbands cars were both fixed there. The service was great and they were affordable honest with the quote and the work was done early. They didn’t try to get me to have more done than I asked for. I felt no pressure to have extras. My van drives great! We will definitely return!

asia brown Someone hit my car and knocked my front bumper off. Took my car to 301 after another shop couldn’t get me on their schedule for a couple of weeks. Let me tell you after contacting the office they had my car in their shop the same day and kept me updated. It took 2 weeks due to parts not coming in time no fault to the shop of course. But the work speaks for itself! You need work schedule it here NOW! You won’t be disappointed!!

Michael Ray hey everybody, I happened to read some of these comments and I want to pick some of my two cents in it. I have used this body shop for years most recently last year. and some of the stuff is saying on here is not totally true. For instance, its not always them. holding on to your car is either the insurance company or parts issue which a lot of people know since 2020. some things its hard to get or takes a long time to get, especially if its like a brand new car. My issue was this last time was going back and forth with the insurance company. then you have customers that gets angry and this want to vent in the wrong way and bad mouth. somebody thinking that they going to hurt them that way. What Im trying to say is take every comments you see on here or anywhere else as a grain of salt. do your own research before you listen to other people

Michael Cook Lt was as good as you will find out of a tow truck driver. He was a pro at his job and was a great person also! He called me several times with updates on the way and when he showed up he provided top level service and was a great person.

donald schuler Best body shop in Georgia! Not only do they have a friendly caring staff but they do excellent work ! Definitely recommended to everyone I know. ....The care and dedication of this shop and employees had me in tears ,literally they go out there way to make sure you are taken care of ! I dont think words can express what a great place this is!

Stacey Deal I have had two vehicles repaired by Phillips and they are hands down, without question the BEST body repair shop in the region! Mrs. Cindy is my fav and she makes the process so easy and will tell you step by step what to do. She is very thorough in explaining the repair process! If you have a vehicle that needs some body work, take it to Phillips! You will not be disappointed and will be pleased with their service, pricing, and quality of work!

Zachary Klaassen It was a great experience. Fast, friendly and organized customer service. The waiting room is clean, relaxed and peaceful. I couldn’t even hear the impact gun when they rotated my tires. I received a thoughtful gift bag and 10% off my next service. A full service garage that you can trust is hard to come by these days. But here one is. I’ll be back! Thank you very much.

David Valentine I feel bad for leaving this review because most everyone at Victory Auto was very nice. However they said I needed a new carburetor for 400$ and after I got said carburetor I’ve had nothing but issues, it was running fine before I got the new carburetor, honestly I should of never got it! I even took it back there to fix the issue but even after a second attempt it was still driving terribly, I later found out they didn’t even tighten it down all the way! The only reason I’m not leaving a 1 star review is because before the carburetor fiasco they did do a decent job with other things like alignment and equipping my radio. But I still can’t look past them recommending me a carburetor which I probably didn’t need and then screwing up my car in the process and charging me 400$ on top of that!

All Pro Painting Great mechanic. He knows his stuff, and does what he says he can do. Fast and affordable. I just thought it was my brakes going bad and it turned out to be a lot more work than I hoped, but he took care of it and got me back on the road. I would recommend him to anyone and if I have issues again I will definitely contact him first. Thanks again!

Lune Danny replaced my alternator about a year and an half ago and my car just broke down again the other day (I know an alternator shouldn’t go out that fast) and I had my friend who’s a mechanic look at it and we found out he GLUED my alternator into my car because he lost the bolts to it. Now I’m having to deal with a whole chain reaction of problems with my vehicle due to him doing that. I’m no mechanic but I know enough about cars to know that’s not right to do that. If he lost the bolts he could’ve just told me and we could’ve got more. But now I have no car and hundreds of dollars worth of other problems due to him doing that.

robert jackson D&R has been my dedicated mechanic since moving to Statesboro, they are very efficient, fair priced, and their front staff (Taylor and Shelby) are always so nice and quick to find solutions! Highly recommend their work and I’ll continue using them as long as I live in Statesboro

L. Bradley Terrible service. My nephew took his car to this shop to repair a light and a diagnostic check. They took his entire front apart, didnt repair the light, charged over $300 for basically doing nothing and less than 3 days later, his engine is DONE. Dont recommend them at all.

Hannah Witcher Would highly recommend coming here compared to jiffy lube or other places in town. The service was great I came sort of close to closing and they still helped me. They changed my taillight bulb for completely free. As a girl who doesn’t know much about cars this was so helpful. Because they definitely didn’t have to do that. I’ll be coming here from now on to get my car serviced.

Michael Collins This is a good and honest mechanic. Theyve done work for my friends and I from putting a skid plate on my friends car to working on oil leak problem on another one of my friends cars and theyve done honest and good work for me too. If youre in the area looking for a mechanic Id 100% recommend.

Jack Johnson Dylan did an awesome job fixing my Tahoe. I was pulling my hair trying to figure out what was wrong with my AC. Turns out it was a bad Schrader valve. Had me fixed up in less than hour with cold AC and for a great price. Great place!

Kathy Mitchum Call Steve if you break down! We looked for 2 days hunting tires for our RV. We had to use our spear on the way there. On the way back we blew out another. Called every tire place no tire. He not only had one he had 2. Really cheap price, great customer service, and fast response. Definitely recommend him.

A.Heitz Photography I brought my car in to get my tire fixed after an inspection showed my wheel weight was wedged between my tire and rim. They squeezed me in and got me on my way very quickly. Gary and the redt of the crew were all very helpful and nice. Im not sure of the ladies name who took me in but she was also extremely nice and patient. I recommend coming here for any of your tire or car trouble needs.

Heidi Keel Hands down best place in the Boro to take your vehicle for whatever need you may have. Took my car somewhere else first and was quoted astronomical figures for issues that didnt even exist. Mr. Jimmy got the actual issues rectified and for a fraction of the cost that I was quoted elsewhere. I will never take my vehicle anywhere else.

John Dailey Gateway Auto, Tires, & Trucks have helped me a couple of times, and most recently I bought two tires from them and they reasonably priced them and also provided honest work and when asked to check out other problems gladly helped me with that as well. They have friendly staff whenever called and are also knowledgeable about picking out items specific to your needs.

Had been sitting 2 almost 3 years..no other place closer to my home would touch it but Mr. Bubba and the crew, got her running and her turbo is sounding like it did when my Papa Bear purchased her. Made sure she was ready to ride! Great customer service, will answer any questions or concerns without an attitude like most places. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Stephen Merritt I initially left a negative review, I assumed that I would have trouble with a warranty claim based on a diagnosis and estimate I received after I had work done here. That wasnt the case, they honored their warranty without issue. Theyve done good work so far after having a less positive experience elsewhere. Thanks again!

Blake Brown Absolutely awesome work. By far the best experience I have had with an auto body shop. I broke my passenger side mirror off and within a week of contacting them it has been completely fixed. Once they got the right mirror in, it only took about 30 minutes for them to fix. Got a great price and plenty of help. Front desk ladies are very nice and helpful. 100% would recommend to anyone with damage to their vehicle.

Christa Cranford I had such a great experience with PCC! This was my first accident, and I was feeling really anxious about the whole process. From the start, they sat down with me and walked me through everything, step by step, which made a world of difference. Everyone there was so kind and patient, and they really knew what they were doing. They kept in touch the whole time my car was being worked on, and when it was ready, it looked like new! They also helped coordinate my rental with Enterprise, which was a huge help. I just dropped the rental off right there when I picked up my car—super easy and convenient.
