Brittany Messer Appointment was set for 1:00 to have 4 tires mounted balanced and aligned, the vehicle was dropped off 2 hrs later went back and only the front 2 tires had been changed at which time I inquired how much longer and was told that there was something wrong with the front and that an alignment may not be possible. I sent my husband in to handle the “broken part” but they couldn’t even tell him what was broken. 2 and a half hrs later my car finally come off the lift with no alignment and no one could tell us what was broken. There is no reason under the sun for it to take 2.5 hrs to mount and balance 4 tires when I know for a fact the car was pulled into the bay at 1:15. The lady in the office tried telling me they got a late start! Never again will I take my car to screven tire for anything!! If you want your time wasted they are the ones to do it!!

Kristin Renfroe Everyone I spoke with was great. Very helpful. I hit a deer in my 2021outback and as soon as they received they tore down and had ready for new parts. Now, they had for 3 months BUT that wasn’t their fault. Just had to wait on all parts. The last one being a seatbelt. They did a wonderful job. Very professional and knowledgeable!! Highly highly recommend and if I ever need again (which I pray I don’t) I will return to them!!

JULIO ROMERO My driver’s truck broke down in Savannah. The truck front differential was shattered to pieces. They went out of their way to fix the problem making sure I save money at the same time. They let me borrow their pickup truck to pick up the new differential from the junk yard that they referred me to. Now my truck is running perfectly thanks to them. The staff and mechanics are very friendly. I would highly recommend them. Their prices are unbeatable!

Trateria Gaines These are the nicest most hard working people in the industry. They are giving and considerate and truly Gods people. This past Christmas me and my 6 children were gifted COMPLETELY free of charge by them with a Chevy Tahoe!!! It’s changed our lives. One small gesture from them. I’ve brung my truck in twice cause I was nervous and just wanted to check on it and they were more than willing to look at it and service whatever needs I may have had (lol it was nothing!). They genuinely care about their customers and go above and beyond what is expected. They are doing everything they can to fix my vehicle for the best price as well as put me in a loaner car so I wouldnt miss work. I cant say enough about how grateful I am for the people here. benjamin peacock Had some issues with the work done here, but, Bob made it right. So far, so good. I will say that hes had to work on my AC twice and it still isnt fixed, but, again..... he is trying to make it right so I would suggest you give him a chance. Hes much cheaper than any other shop in town and just as knowledgeable! He has gone out of his way to work with me on payments and getting me to and from his shop when I dont have a ride. All in all.,....a good shop and a good guy!

darriel waters 2.5 years 10,000 twin turbo engine making noise and leaking oil from back of intake and remain seal !! Put engine trans in had to remove take it back , had it back 3 weeks still pouring oil both places !! Dont take anything to them they most careless engine builders Ive ever seen !! Warning ⛔️ ⚠️

Anthony Marx Brandi up front and Bobby the mechanic were outstanding. Answered all my know nothing questions and explained what was found and what to do about it and I ended up paying way less than I expected for front strut replacement. Didnt push any unnecessary repairs or replacements like other places do. Will definitely be coming back for anything I need done.
