Bryan Dunn Went to accurate care automotive after getting some prices from other mechanics for a heater problem. They discovered a couple of major issues to be taken care of during a thorough inspection. Their prices were great! While we decided to hold off on the heater for now, it wasn’t because of the cost, it was a matter of the change in weather. Their quote is well below other quotes and they gave me a range of price based on possible repairs. They fixed a coolant leak while in the shop as another shop didn’t completely fix the issue. Everyone from the owner to the desk clerk were great to talk with and made me feel comfortable and informed. Car is running smooth and I have no complaints.

Gregory Witherspoon I had water in my rear right passenger door. I was quoted a reasonable price and I was seen the same day. When I arrived I was greeted as if they knew me. My matter was addressed immediately. It was thought that the door panel would need to be removed but the mechanic looked at it and instantly knew the fix. It was repairs and I was there less than 20 minutes. I’d definitely bring my car back for any repairs and I’d recommend them to anyone

Joshua McCaffrey Had two fairly major repairs in the last month. First was the AC in my wife’s 2016 Odyssey. Second was front and rear brakes in my 2020 Forester. Okay, neither was inexpensive. The AC condenser coil was leaking. Had to come back a week later to replace the AC relay (at no charge). All has been great for a few weeks now. The brakes were a bit more expensive than I’d hoped. They replaced front and rear rotors and pads, and flushed/replaced fluid. All is great, now. To sum up: Less expensive than dealer, probably more than some other shops. However, the work was good and fast. Since they are walking distance from the house, it’s super convenient.

Jayde H I had an amazing experience at The Auto Doc! I needed a new water pump and CV boot for my Lexus ES350, and from the start, Anthony gave me honest and trustworthy vibes. He thoroughly explained everything, and what really stood out was that he showed me the parts he replaced—which was ironic because I had just heard that you should always ask for your old parts back since some shops aren’t honest. Not only did Anthony provide top-tier customer service, but he also ensured I felt confident in the work done on my car. Martine Capdau Garrett and Max took such great care of me as I was in there with a broken foot. They made sure I had a comfortable ottoman to put my foot up and had me in and out with a full explanation of what was going on with my car in less than an hour. Their price was phenomenal and was actually less than what they had originally quoted. They are complete professionals and have a reputation for honesty and only do the work that you need done at that time but will tell you what to save money for in the future. I drive 25 minutes to get there and it is worth every minute! D

Kimberly Jamie is amazing!! A tire blew out just before I turned the corner and I was able to pull into the parking lot of Performance Plus Automotive. Jamie spent about 45 minutes looking around for a tire that he could put on the car so I could get home (about a mile away) but did not have one that would fit. He was in the process of closing the shop so he could take me to my house when my son arrived. He let me leave the car for a day while I took the tire to be replaced and then he stopped what he was doing and put the tire back on for me. He would not take any money for his time and effort spent. Service like this is almost impossible to find anymore! If you want to be treated like family I would recommend Performance Plus Automotive for anything you need.

Emily Mln I pulled in last minute with a dragging skid plate and they took my car in right away. A previous auto repair shop had just zip tied my skid plate to my car, but these guys screwed everything back in and added multiple additional screws. They also repaired the front bumper. Then they only wanted to charge me $20! I paid more.

Suzanne Olszeski I had my car serviced here in the past with great experiences. My "other"shop had told me I needed control arms. My husband said I should reach out to Honest One for a quote. The man on the phone said they would need to look at my car to see what exactly was needed. During the conversation, I asked two times what the cost would be, and he skirted the question. Shame on me for not pressing harder I dropped my car off, and shortly HO called with a quote. It was close to $3000.00, so I was reconsidering fixing vs. buying a new car. When I went to pick up my car, I was charged $180.00. I stated it would have been nice if someone would have given me a heads up just to look at my car would be close to $200.00. They discounted my bill $30.00, and I left. I was in the car business. I appreciate the time it takes to diagnose car issues. I knew what was wrong, and understand a charge to accurately quote the job. I just expect it would be communicated up front in the process

Maddie Moore Service was exceptional! Tania was amazing and incredibly helpful! She really cared that I was getting the best prices possible and also showed me how to change my cabin air filter. Wonderful place!

Taj Williams I called ahead to get a quote on a fuel tank filler neck replacement since I already had the part and needed someone to install it and JC was very friendly and fixed it in a timely manner and for a great price! I will be back again!

Christina Lively Julio was so pleasant and easy to communicate with. He did only repairs we had talked about for a tune up and gave me approximate pricing up front. He had my vehicle ready when promised. I definitely would recommend and use his services again.

Karla Noa Mr. Jose was very kind and helpful and made sure my car was well taken care of. I got an oil change, and also got my brakes and brake rotors replaced for an affordable price. Will be going back for all repairs of my car.

Conroy McDonald came in for a wheel balancing, and the team here did an excellent job. They were professional, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. The ride feels noticeably smoother now, and they took the time to explain what was done and ensure everything was perfect before I left. We feel very comfortable bringing our vehicles to Dan because we have found him to be honest and trustworthy. He doesnt try to up-sell services. He diagnoses the problem and offers a fair estimate for repairs.

David Owen I have used Eiffel for several of my cars through the years. They are always professional and provide good advice! An added bonus is the convenience of the free use of a vehicle while mine was being repaired. Great people to work with and great service!

Celaundra Raspberry I had the absolute best experience with Malones! My baby is back on the road and in pristine condition. Having an expensive car with expensive repairs, I know I received the best deal on pricing for the repairs by their certified mechanics. No shade-tree mechanics over there. Christina’s customer service is TOP NOTCH! She thoroughly explained the repair details and was patient with my gazillion questions… and that made a world of difference! Daniel T 2 weeks ago, my Volvo V90 started acting up, the engine stalled while stopping. I immediately called my dealership, as I have been doing the last 5 years. However, they informed they would not be able to get the car in for another 3 weeks. I explained to them how urgently I needed the car, especially during the last leg of the Summer vacation month. My service advisor reassured me he’d call back whenever he has a slot to put me in. He never called back. Out of desperation, my wife post on our neighborhood FB group for recommendations. One of our neighbors replied with Syncro Car Care. I immediately setup an appointment online. The rest is history… Syncro didnt just fix it—they delivered an ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL experience from start to finish! If you drive a European luxury car like mine and demand top-tier expertise coupled with genuine care, speed, quality, precise communication and reasonable price….. Syncro is THE place to go in the West Cobb/ Kennesaw area. I’m so glad I found a local repair shop & no longer have to go back to the Volvo dealership for any maintenance needs! Thank you!!

Bryan B This is a tough review. I came in for an oil change and because someone said they could do suspension work. I can out with a car that handles tight corners with ease and sits lower than a Japanese tatami table. The team provided a very personal touch and honest service. They installed control arms, coilovers, sway bars, and, and, and. Great work and looking forward to the next job.

Andrew Seliga WOW! These guys are great. Took a car there today to have the oxidation removed from the headlights........looked brand new after they finished. Quick and amazingly reasonable price. People are terrific, there is every certificate and diploma you can imagine on the walls showing their technical skills. I am returning to have a bunch of other work done on two different cars.

Keith Conklin After dealing with a few mechanic shops that could not fix my issues yet charged me for work that clearly did not resolve the issues, it has been a relief to work with Dalton Automotive. Transparent, honest, fairly priced, and delivered promises! I will not be taking my vehicles anywhere else except to Dalton Automotive from now on.
