Im an economist, so let me tell you what they are not -- New and Fancy. Their building is old, their customer relationship management system seems to be a legal pad, their office area looks like a hoarder lives there, but he has about every automotive tool that exists and he clearly knows how to use them. With such significantly less overhead he can pass lower prices onto his customers without any sacrifice of repair work quality.
I had the front and rear suspension replaced and basically I got a price where the back suspension was essentially "free" relative to the prices at the "new and fancy" garages. I will be back again, and will encourage my friends to patron him as well.
