Bryan Dunn Went to accurate care automotive after getting some prices from other mechanics for a heater problem. They discovered a couple of major issues to be taken care of during a thorough inspection. Their prices were great! While we decided to hold off on the heater for now, it wasn’t because of the cost, it was a matter of the change in weather. Their quote is well below other quotes and they gave me a range of price based on possible repairs. They fixed a coolant leak while in the shop as another shop didn’t completely fix the issue. Everyone from the owner to the desk clerk were great to talk with and made me feel comfortable and informed. Car is running smooth and I have no complaints.

John Delahoz My wife and I needed emergency tire repair for our Tesla and had no idea that it required special tires. The staff at your Canton location was amazing - they were extremely friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable. The store manager there obviously runs a "tight ship". I didnt realize they also offered other auto services in addition to tires, so I plan to use them for oil changes and brakes from now on! I highly recommend them to anyone who hasnt tried them out yet!

Jason Heard If you have a European vehicle and want it maintained or repaired correctly, Premier Automotive Diagnostics (Ryan Payne) is the place to go hands down. Ive been going to Ryan for over 10 years for work on my BMWs, VWs and Audis, and he always comes through with a top notch repair at a fair price. He is incredibly meticulous and often takes videos to share with you for complicated repairs. He uses quality parts, not from Autozone, and takes the time needed to accurately diagnose and repair your vehicle. Hes also extremely honest. Hes a nice guy and will not rip you off - no way! So if you want someone who is honest, intelligent, hard-working, and had the technical training needed to repair these complicated European vehicles, look no further. This is the place. (Hes also repaired many of my American cars too, so no worries there either). 5/5

Kimberly Jamie is amazing!! A tire blew out just before I turned the corner and I was able to pull into the parking lot of Performance Plus Automotive. Jamie spent about 45 minutes looking around for a tire that he could put on the car so I could get home (about a mile away) but did not have one that would fit. He was in the process of closing the shop so he could take me to my house when my son arrived. He let me leave the car for a day while I took the tire to be replaced and then he stopped what he was doing and put the tire back on for me. He would not take any money for his time and effort spent. Service like this is almost impossible to find anymore! If you want to be treated like family I would recommend Performance Plus Automotive for anything you need.

Emily Mln I pulled in last minute with a dragging skid plate and they took my car in right away. A previous auto repair shop had just zip tied my skid plate to my car, but these guys screwed everything back in and added multiple additional screws. They also repaired the front bumper. Then they only wanted to charge me $20! I paid more.

Troy Kossick These guys are great. They’re busy for a reason. Always a fair price and excellent work. I only take my vehicles to these guys. If your vehicle needs tires brakes etc they tell you. If the vehicle doesn’t need tires brakes etc they tell you. These guys treat others the way they themselves would like to be treated. Sound familiar? Thanks Cherokee Tire!

Fire Kid I went in for an alignment and 4 new tires. I had already called for a quote and knew the price going in. They had the tires in stock so they said to come in anytime, they dont take appointments so they are first come first serve. I decided to be there at 7:30 when they open and boy am I glad I did. They were hopping. I was still out of there in less than an hour and a half. What I appreciated most was that I was prepared to pay for an alignment because it was pulling to the right so badly. However, they came in and told me that it was within range and didnt need an alignment and that it is probably just a tire issue. So, they saved me about $65. They could have just told me they did it and charged me and I would have been none the wiser. I appreciate their honesty. And they were right, it is no longer pulling so the new tires I truly needed corrected the issue. This was my first time there but I will definitely use them again.

J S Even working solo, Dan worked very hard to get my Jeep fixed. It took some time, but he was completely fair with the labor charges and did a great job on my vehicle. Will definitely be back if need be!

kim levandowski The owner, Dan, is very knowledgeable. He has evaluated and repaired issues with both of our Toyota RAV4 and Ford F150. We feel very comfortable bringing our vehicles to Dan because we have found him to be honest and trustworthy. He doesnt try to up-sell services. He diagnoses the problem and offers a fair estimate for repairs.

Brian Wilson Called Jaime for a tow job for a Collison that resulted in them doing the repair work. I am super impressed with the outcome. Check out the before and after photos. They do great work at a fair price and do exactly what they promise. Nice people to work with - have your repairs done here with confidence.

Martie Turner I waited a few months before giving this review to ensure I was satisfied with the service I received there. On May 21st, 2025, the transmission went out on my truck, and Jamie could pick it up from our house and tow it to his shop. At the time, we didn’t know it was the transmission. Jamie could look at it quickly and tell us what was wrong. After we found out it was the transmission, we had to weigh the cost of replacing it with a used or new one, or if we would trade it in. After asking a dealership what they would give us for a trade-in, we realised it was better for our family to get a new transmission. Jamie was very patient with us as we weighed our options that day, and then we decided to get a new one. It only took a few days for him to replace it. I highly recommend Jamie as a reliable mechanic that you don’t have to worry about getting ripped off by. We will be using him again with our future needs. I’m so glad we decided to get a new transmission instead of trading it. I was not ready to get rid of my truck yet.

Joseph Williams Val and Deborah were awesome ! Probably the best customer service I’ve ever had at a repair shop. They kept me informed through the whole process. Repairs were made to my car in a week . The body work was excellent! It was absolutely good as new. I would highly recommend Caliber in Canton to any of my friends or family.

BD Atlanta Jason has worked on three of my cars for past 4-5 years. All work is done very well, and price is fair. I never feel like Im getting an upsell for un-needed work - he just identifies the problem, gives me the price, then knocks it out with no surprises. If he sees something else that is a concern, I get a quick call and we can talk through the issue and the proposed solution. Will keep going back.

Scott Rawlins Had to have an evap canister and purge valve replaced in order to pass emissions on my sons car. Jason and his crew were awesome. Not only did they see me the same day I called, they made the repairs that same day too. Not something I was expecting, but much appreciated. AND....they even took it to get the emissions done! Thats a first for me! I can certainly recommend them to anyone. Great auto repair services at great prices. Will most certainly use Jason and his team again.

Rosel1953 This is the best place to get your oil changed! They go out of their way to help you and help you understand what is going on with your car! They even notice that my tires were a little low and fix them for me! Tony really goes out of his way to help me and I appreciate that so much! If you need an oil change come here it is the best place and they are fast

Greg Avila Didn’t top off any fluids. Installed O-ring on oil filter housing incorrect causing a major loss of oil. I will never let these “techs” do an oil change again. They do NOT know how to do a simple task and give zero shits about making it right. They realized a few hours later after my daughter left, that they forgot to put the plastic engine cover back on. I wonder what else they forgot to do?!?!? Tony the assistant manager washed off the residual oil from the leak with windshield washer fluid. Yeah water removes oil? Avoid at all cost unless you want a subpar oil change.

Summon Lay I visited the dealership for an oil change and tire rotation, which was completed satisfactorily. However, on my drive home, the tire warning light came on. I checked to see if I had a flat tire and did not find any issue. When I attempted to check the tire pressure using the dashboard display, it was blank. I then went to the nearest tire shop, which was Mavis, where they inspected my tires and sensors. I was informed that the sensors were faulty and had all four replaced. When they returned my vehicle, it would not start. Upon opening the hood, they discovered that the battery was corroded. I am frustrated because, when I left the Chevrolet dealership, I was told that my battery was in good condition. The oil change sticker in my vehicle indicates that the battery health is in the green. If the dealership had truly checked my battery, they would have noticed the corrosion. Leaving the dealership with a potentially compromised and corroded battery has put me in a dangerous situation. This is the worst service I have received from Chevrolet of Canton. I will be advising others to consider alternative service providers.

Frederick V. Honest - Integrity - Professional Finding the right car shop to take your vehicle to is like finding the right dentist. You wouldn’t want just anyone to start hacking away. You need someone who is not only knowledgeable, but also has great bedside manner, over-communicates and does exactly what he says he is going to do. Enough good things cannot be said about Dan, the owner-master technician at The Auto Lounge. After purchasing a Jeep for my daughter, I quickly found out why people say that Jeep stands for “Just Empty Every Pocket”. Luckily I had also purchased an extended warranty which Dan was more than happy to work with. For those of you who have purchased aftermarket warranties, you know it can be quite the undertaking to get repairs approved and shops normally don’t like working with these warranty companies because it adds time to the repair and time down on a vehicle equals lost productivity/revenue. Every step of the way from dropping my daughter’s car off at The Auto Lounge, to the diagnosis of the car’s issues, to the interactions with the warranty company, and any issues that may have arisen when conducting the repair…Dan kept me abreast the entire time. I travel quite a bit for work and Dan was always sure to keep me updated by trying to call me first, leaving a message and then leaving me a text message. Amazing communication! This is quite possibly the step that all dealerships and repair shops get wrong. Dan is a true professional, not just with his tools of the trade, but also from a customer experience perspective. Although I live more than 25 miles away from The Auto Lounge, traveling out to Canton was 100% worth it to have Dan work on my daughter’s Jeep. I am happy to report that the long laundry list of issues with the Jeep are all now resolved and the car is like new. Thank you Dan for setting the gold standard! Consider me a loyal customer. I will be back.

I did not want there to be any unknown issues when I got the vehicle so I googled and found 24-7 mobile mechanics. Solomon said he could absolutely go check it out and he found a major issue!
