The staff was incredibly kind, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure I could get back on the road safely. The tire was also very reasonably priced. It’s rare to find this level of service and care — I’m so grateful I found them and highly recommend them to anyone in need!

Dan Hamilton They did a fantastic job. I was passing through Greensboro when my boat trailer bearings went out. I called him on a Friday afternoon and I knew he couldnt get to it immediately. I had to leave my boat at this unknown shop and would not pass by for another week. He called me when it was ready and upon picking it up he detailed to me what he had done. The work was excellent, his place was secure to leave my boat, and Mike himself was genuinely a nice guy. Highly recommend him . His detail work was professional.

Cody Patterson Mark your oil filter before you go in, when you leave there will be the same mark you put on it. All I’m saying is that they are doing half of what they are charging you for and not changing oil filters, charging for fluids when checking the fluids is part of the servicing. I understand the name is Fast Lube and that is one thing I will give them, they are fast, but you cannot physically change the oil, filter, check all fluids, grease bushings and check tires in 5 minutes, so the Fast part is not what you want when they are halfway servicing your vehicle. O stars if I could

Nathan Holloway I dropped my truck off to get a few things done under the impression it would be done within a week. My appointment had been scheduled two weeks prior and it wasn’t a surprise i was coming. I called a few days later to check on the progress and was told it had already been painted and they were waiting for it to dry to do final touches. That day, a friend of mine went by and noticed my truck had not been touched. I called and asked why they lied about having it almost ready for pick up and was told they would “start on it today”. I immediately went to get my vehicle. I didn’t appreciate being lied to when trying to give them my business. Because of them i now have to wait again for someone else to fix it.

I took the car there in within 15 minutes of checking it out they knew what was wrong. They ordered the parts and I came back the next day to have it repaired. Noah Harrison I brought my truck to this shop to have new tires put on. While they did get the tires mounted, they didn’t even bother to balance the wheels, which is basic and should’ve been part of the job. I came back today because I was told they could do two small installations for me— wiring my wheel lights and converting a button into a switch. I had to be dropped off because my ride had to leave, so I waited there for over an hour. The truck sat untouched for seven hours, and after all that waiting, the guy finally told me he couldn’t even do the work… they definitely mislead me. Nothing was done to the truck, and my time was completely wasted. Really disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism. Won’t be coming back.

Derek George Osvaldo provided excellent service when the water pump failed in our truck while on vacation in the area. He described the best and worst case scenarios, the tests he would perform and his concerns about the availability of parts. As he worked through the repair process, he kept us well informed. After the work was complete, we found out that the shop was working shorthanded and was only supposed to work by appointment that day. So glad Osvaldo made an exception for us. I feel that what we paid was very fair and the shop provides great value on great work. The truck ran perfectly all the way home.

Nice waiting area, Friendly staff, wonderful owners, the kind of people you would let borrow your lawnmower. If I had to pick a word to describe them, it would be down to earth. They really know about Ford F-150s. I took my truck to them many of times and they always made it feel brand new again. My whole family takes their cars to Soto Creations Auto Service. I wish everyone could take their trucks here to get fixed up right because they are some of the best mechanics in Georgia maybe the whole world. Anyways I want everyone to know how much I like these guys.

Johnny Bishop If I could give 0 stars, I would. The customer service here is absolutely trash. The short guy at the front counter was extremely rude. He told me there was nothing wrong with the car, even though I had it towed in because it wouldn’t start consistently. I tired to explain this to him, but the little guy kept interrupting me to tell me the car was working fine. I gathered my composure to keep from lowering myself to his level and left. I found a shop with great customer service and one that would listen to the problem. Turned out to be a loose wire under the fuse box. They fixed it quickly and without issue. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY IN THIS SHOP!

After backing up and limping into town on a 97* day they prioritized our rig and had us back on the road in under an hour. Turned what could have been 1000+ issue into a $200 one.
