They have always taken the time to show me what they find and explained my options. So far, Im completely satisfied . They keep records of whats been done and what may need to keep an eye on and...they know me by name! Imagine that.

5 /5 Derek George: Osvaldo provided excellent service when the water pump failed in our truck while on vacation in the area. He described the best and worst case scenarios, the tests he would perform and his concerns about the availability of parts. As he worked through the repair process, he kept us well informed. After the work was complete, we found out that the shop was working shorthanded and was only supposed to work by appointment that day. So glad Osvaldo made an exception for us. I feel that what we paid was very fair and the shop provides great value on great work. The truck ran perfectly all the way home.

5 /5 Eric: In the past Ive had two vehicles towed to Jaras Automotive and received quality work a good information concerning the conditions of my vehicles today however is the first time I visited their website. Upon reading other people reviews,, I noticed that they noticed the same quality of good workmanship and care for their customers that I received in the past. What that says about this company is that they are consistent with customer service. That is why today I am bringing my third truck to them to repair even though they are 45 minutes to an hour away from where I live. Reading the other reviews on this platform only confirm my gut feeling about this company, so I felt compelled to write my own review to let others know that Jaras Automotive is the real deal. I am a small business courier trucking company / Moving company called Wheel Kick LLC and I highly recommend Jaras Automotive.
