Constant "well call you right back" turned into days of waiting him having to call them back.
My husband had headlights replaced on his truck. Unknown to them or us really, the headlights had trim pieces made on the assembly itself that had to be taken off the old and placed on the new. Well, after mentioning it to the people at the shop, "Ill call and find out and let you know in a little bit". Few days later(husband had to call them again), "I havent heard anything on them, let me call". A week passes, still no call from them. Husband calls, "we gotta order them in, well let you know when theyre here". Its been a month now since the trim saga started, husband calls checking, "we only got one in, waiting on the other". That was 2 weeks ago. This whole fiasco is pushing out to 3 months total time. From the time he started the warranty claim, until now. And he still has yet to receive a call from them updating anything. So if youre in a hurry or want some actual communication about work getting done, stay far far away from here.
