Called the next day to check itll be ready tomorrow ok. Called the next day he said he had to put a water pump and thermostat on mind yu I been driving it nothing was wrong with it beforehand so he gave me a 1000 bill guys I feel so taken advantage of defeated Yu k miss used they never informed me on anything before he did the so called repairs so my husband called him and then he changed the bill to 700 so we paid the bill just to get it out of his possession but things have definitely changed there not sure if Mr. Waneman is still there but he was the person who I would deal with Ill never nor recommend anyone to pettis tire company in Cordell such a terrible and last experience

Kassidy Tomberlin I went here to get my brakes shoes did and not even 2 weeks later my car started making a loud noise, I took it to a different mechanic and they told me that pettis had tighten the shoes up too tight and messed up my brake drums, so basically it was worn out rubbing metal to metal.

Todd Stay away....They worked on my F250 and didnt find the problem and wanted to rebuild the entire engine. Got out for $635. Took the truck to Gwinnett Ford and they found a loose cable and charged me $125 and also told me that the bad compression test Smith talked about was completely wrong and engine was in great shape. If broken down in Cordele....Stay away from Smiths.

Benjamin Traveling up north and had a bumble in the tire. When Traveling you need it done fast. Was able to get me in with about a 30 to 40 min wait tops. Actual service. 10 to 15 min and had the tire replaced, balanced and out the door. The staff was great. Didnt catch names but all 3 I spoke with were great. Took me back there to see the rotation of it and the warp. Love shops that call you back there and Actually show you what is wrong and not just a take my word for it deal. Best Mavis Ive been to hands down.

James Rinehart I broke down and had Masseys muffler fix my clutch and rear main seal in my 08 Wrangler. I have had trouble with it ever since. The rear main seal leaks worse than ever and the clutch has made weird sounds ever since.When I brought it to the dealership they also told me he left off 3 mounting bolts and a bracket, and the heat shield for the starter. I called and asked him to fix it and he refuses and threaten me, telling me he knows where I live due to the recipt when I called. I am having it repaired on my own dime and will have all work documented and file a lawsuit while a dealership works on it.

Damien Byrne During a recent road-trip to Florida our engine gasket blew & we were forced to take Cordele GA I-75 exit. We were effectively stranded and given it was public holiday we were concerned we would be unable to locate a mechanic. After attempting to make contact with a few local mechanics in the area we successfully made contact with Jayson who came out to us right away to perform a diagnostic check on our vehicle. After performing some initial diagnostics he informed us that we should have the vehicle towed to his garage so he could perform a full diagnostic check. He cleared time in his busy schedule, checked out the vehicle and gave us a full diagnosis early morning Dec 27th. After we learned that our car could not be driven we secured a rental car from an airport 45-minutes away & Jayson secured us a transfer to go collect that vehicle as there were no cabs available & no Uber/Lyft drivers operating in the area. When we returned to his garage we asked Jayson how much we owed him for his time and labor and not only did he not charge us he also offered to store the vehicle in his garage until we decided on what next steps to take. Jayson was a huge help to us during a very stressful period and went above and beyond to help us out & we are so very grateful for his kind-heartedness.

Called Quality Auto & RV first thing Monday morning. Jayson came out very quickly to see if he could diagnose my problem so he could refer me where I should go. They didnt have space at their shop. It turned out the part was simple enough to fix where I was parked and he came back, fixed it, did an oil change, along with looking over my entire rig and giving me a lot of information I didnt know. The bill was by far lower than I had expected, especially for the information and service on location. Im very thankful and blessed by this business! Thank you!
