5 /5 Damien Byrne: During a recent road-trip to Florida our engine gasket blew & we were forced to take Cordele GA I-75 exit. We were effectively stranded and given it was public holiday we were concerned we would be unable to locate a mechanic. After attempting to make contact with a few local mechanics in the area we successfully made contact with Jayson who came out to us right away to perform a diagnostic check on our vehicle. After performing some initial diagnostics he informed us that we should have the vehicle towed to his garage so he could perform a full diagnostic check. He cleared time in his busy schedule, checked out the vehicle and gave us a full diagnosis early morning Dec 27th. After we learned that our car could not be driven we secured a rental car from an airport 45-minutes away & Jayson secured us a transfer to go collect that vehicle as there were no cabs available & no Uber/Lyft drivers operating in the area. When we returned to his garage we asked Jayson how much we owed him for his time and labor and not only did he not charge us he also offered to store the vehicle in his garage until we decided on what next steps to take. Jayson was a huge help to us during a very stressful period and went above and beyond to help us out & we are so very grateful for his kind-heartedness.

5 /5 John Jackson: I was traveling through Cordele, GA in April 2024 and had a severe oil leak coming from my motorhome engine. I stayed at the Loves RV Park. Called Quality Auto & RV first thing Monday morning. Jayson came out very quickly to see if he could diagnose my problem so he could refer me where I should go. They didnt have space at their shop. It turned out the part was simple enough to fix where I was parked and he came back, fixed it, did an oil change, along with looking over my entire rig and giving me a lot of information I didnt know. The bill was by far lower than I had expected, especially for the information and service on location. Im very thankful and blessed by this business! Thank you!

5 /5 Donald Whiteman: This is the only place to take my vehicles. Morgan and Jason and team work to a high standard of professional care. They take th time to not only fix the issue but also educate their customers about what it being done.

5 /5 allison soule: Jayson is the man you want to go to for any car trouble. He is the most honest, patient, and knowledgeable mechanic we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. After car trouble in a different state, Jayson went out of his way to immediately prioritize our car and get us back on the road. Where so many others would take advantage of someone in need, Jayson genuinely cares for others and takes care of the people in his community. Thanks again!!

2 /5 Jonathan Coody: Jason is the contact at this shop. He provides poor service and incomplete work. He does not do anything in a hurry. He has horribly rude staff, a filthy office and the facility looks like a junk yard. He does not communicate progress with you and is a horrible value for the money. In Cordele, there are several better places to go. I will not be back and hope that this reviews helps someone else avoid this train wreck of a business.
