Elizabeth Park The best experience we’ve had with an auto shop in years! My husband’s work truck got a flat tire and he was able to get a ride from a kind passerby here to get it repaired. They were quick and courteous and got his tire fixed, took him back to the truck, and helped him get it reinstalled and ready to go. They went above and beyond for my husband and we are so grateful for their kindness! Definitely would recommend.

Cathy Heidt Great place to get vehicle repairs! They recently did some repairs on my 1994 Chevrolet Silverado. Got her running like a charm and the charges were very reasonable. My favorite part is they get the work done when they say they’re gonna get it done…didn’t take weeks, only a few days.

Timothy Lindblom Around 5 years ago Transformance rebuilt a transmission for us and it’s been great since. I just brought them another truck for a transmission rebuild - an F150 on Tuesday afternoon just before they closed. They called me Wednesday to confirm the issue and again Thursday morning to let me know they were finishing up. Picked it up Thursday afternoon. Took them less than 2 days to rebuild a transmission and they were punctual and honest. Also has a 12 month unlimited mile warranty. Highly recommend them for all your transmission needs!

Matt Cosgrove The man normally behind the counter is 10 stars out of 5 all day. Super helpful and always friendly. The lady in there has no clue however. Constantly looking up the wrong parts, if she even bothers to look it up at all. Today was my last visit though. I asked her for a 1/4" x 38" Gates belt. I bought a 1/4" x 36" yesterday and its short. I even gave her a part number Gates 1380. She told me they dont sell belts that small. Tried to look it up, couldnt find it. Never went to look or see what she had. The almighty computer couldnt do it so she was lost.... She stuck to "we dont sell that" couldnt even figure out how to order it.

John Massey Its a rare thing in this day and age to find people who run their business like the good people of Carquest Auto. They care about helping people more than the desire to make money. You dont see that much anymore. If you need auto repair you should check them out. You wont be disappointed.

Stephanie Greene Husband dropped off his truck weeks ago. Poor communication regarding repairs, even miscommunication. He went to pay for the repairs today and pick up his truck. His windshield is busted. Bashlors is claiming it came in like that. It absolutely didn’t. We are new to the area and we’re hoping to find a local place to use but instead this place called us liars and won’t take responsibility for his windshield. Next we are going to have the truck checked to see if they actually did the repairs they claim to have completed. We will file complaints with every one we can think of, starting with the state of Georgias attorney generals consumer protection division. If this business has taken advantage of you I’d recommend you do the same.

David James Sorry to say, but this automotive shop is not about doing the job right the first time. I brought my moms car in to have AC to get the cold air working again. It just gradually stopped blowing cold air. So they ordered new parts, AC Compressor kit with AC oil, gas, and a belt. $900 and then $750 in labor. Got car back and just didnt work like it did or consistently before. I Brought it back, they worked on it on the spot and sort of got it working, but not really. Then my 81 year old mom took car back in, then replaced a sensor, charged for the part, seems like its working better...more like it was...but just off a little. My mom got attitude from the girl at the desk as well. So was the $60 dollar sensor all it needed, charged my mom $1,726.78 unnecessarily? Had another appointment to have them fix, cannot afford any more charges. When you feel like you have been taking advantage of, more than likely you have been. So sorry to have to write this on a local establishment. They should be more about helping and not taking old ladies money. Sad day. Now we paid $1,800 dollars for services that is questionable. Still not working like it was. This will be the last time we go back.

LoreneFaith After going to Johnsons automotive for several years I unfortunately will no longer be able to do business with them because of poor communication and lack of follow-up. Had engine and transmission remounted and now have horrible vibration which they will not fix.

Danielle long Im leaving 2 stars because I have never had a problem with their mechanics. I am very upset that I went in for a warranty covered oil change and had to pay for it because the lady at the front desk gave me the wrong information. When I first called to schedule my appointment I was within the miles I needed to be to be covered. She instructed me that I didn’t have a mile limit but only a date limit. Because of this, I waited another week to come in. I apparently did have a mile limit. So, I missed my last service being covered because their front desk associate gave me the wrong information. The least they could have done was given me a discount for their mistake. They did nothing but tell me to call and go off on the warranty company when this was their fault. I am not happy.
