Stephanie Greene Husband dropped off his truck weeks ago. Poor communication regarding repairs, even miscommunication. He went to pay for the repairs today and pick up his truck. His windshield is busted. Bashlors is claiming it came in like that. It absolutely didn’t.
We are new to the area and we’re hoping to find a local place to use but instead this place called us liars and won’t take responsibility for his windshield. Next we are going to have the truck checked to see if they actually did the repairs they claim to have completed. We will file complaints with every one we can think of, starting with the state of Georgias attorney generals consumer protection division. If this business has taken advantage of you I’d recommend you do the same.

David James Sorry to say, but this automotive shop is not about doing the job right the first time. I brought my moms car in to have AC to get the cold air working again. It just gradually stopped blowing cold air. So they ordered new parts, AC Compressor kit with AC oil, gas, and a belt. $900 and then $750 in labor. Got car back and just didnt work like it did or consistently before. I Brought it back, they worked on it on the spot and sort of got it working, but not really. Then my 81 year old mom took car back in, then replaced a sensor, charged for the part, seems like its working better...more like it was...but just off a little. My mom got attitude from the girl at the desk as well. So was the $60 dollar sensor all it needed, charged my mom $1,726.78 unnecessarily? Had another appointment to have them fix, cannot afford any more charges. When you feel like you have been taking advantage of, more than likely you have been. So sorry to have to write this on a local establishment. They should be more about helping and not taking old ladies money. Sad day. Now we paid $1,800 dollars for services that is questionable. Still not working like it was. This will be the last time we go back.
