2 /5 Danielle long: Im leaving 2 stars because I have never had a problem with their mechanics. I am very upset that I went in for a warranty covered oil change and had to pay for it because the lady at the front desk gave me the wrong information. When I first called to schedule my appointment I was within the miles I needed to be to be covered. She instructed me that I didn’t have a mile limit but only a date limit. Because of this, I waited another week to come in. I apparently did have a mile limit. So, I missed my last service being covered because their front desk associate gave me the wrong information. The least they could have done was given me a discount for their mistake. They did nothing but tell me to call and go off on the warranty company when this was their fault. I am not happy.
