Matt Cosgrove: The man normally behind the counter is 10 stars out of 5 all day. Super helpful and always friendly. The lady in there has no clue however. Constantly looking up the wrong parts, if she even bothers to look it up at all. Today was my last visit though. I asked her for a 1/4" x 38" Gates belt. I bought a 1/4" x 36" yesterday and its short. I even gave her a part number Gates 1380. She told me they dont sell belts that small. Tried to look it up, couldnt find it. Never went to look or see what she had. The almighty computer couldnt do it so she was lost.... She stuck to "we dont sell that" couldnt even figure out how to order it.

Steel Driver: I went and whacked a deer driving through elberton trying to get to Brunswick. It took out my right headlight and tweaked my hood, amongst other things. Luckily it happened next door to Blackwell. Napoleon took the time to help me bend out the crumpled metal away from the tire and to patch up the bumper so I could get back on the road. Didnt ask for payment, wouldnt even accept a tip I was ready to offer. Just wished me a safe trip with a smile. Based on my limited interaction he seems to be an honest, kind hearted individual. Thank you sir, I managed to make it in before nightfall.
