Nice waiting area, Friendly staff, wonderful owners, the kind of people you would let borrow your lawnmower. If I had to pick a word to describe them, it would be down to earth. They really know about Ford F-150s. I took my truck to them many of times and they always made it feel brand new again. My whole family takes their cars to Soto Creations Auto Service. I wish everyone could take their trucks here to get fixed up right because they are some of the best mechanics in Georgia maybe the whole world. Anyways I want everyone to know how much I like these guys.

It was needed of a new wheel bearing and some other work because of the horrible work of another mechanic here in Greensboro, I am so happy Soto Creations fixed my axle to the best of their ability And gave me a new wheel bearing . I definitely recommend them. They are professional and honest. They work in a timely fashion and have good customer service. They are definitely one of, if not THE BEST mechanics here in Greensboro.

My appointment had been scheduled two weeks prior and it wasn’t a surprise i was coming. I called a few days later to check on the progress and was told it had already been painted and they were waiting for it to dry to do final touches. That day, a friend of mine went by and noticed my truck had not been touched. I called and asked why they lied about having it almost ready for pick up and was told they would “start on it today”. I immediately went to get my vehicle. I didn’t appreciate being lied to when trying to give them my business. Because of them i now have to wait again for someone else to fix it.

Absolutely complete and correct❗ I had my Father-in-law take his truck there to have the alternator fixed, weve had no problem out of the alternator sense ‼️ At least things got fixed and done correctly when it was owned by Keith Bone❗‼️ This review is Subject to change ❓ 2-21-25 - The Management reached out to me (when they could finally get in contact with me) and ask if they could make this right ❗ They have my rim & tire , I pray that they are able to take care of it ⁉️ Humans make mistakes, good people try to make it right ❗I took my father-in-laws truck here to get the alternator replaced ‼️ Great work and thank you all‼️2-27-24 They have not had a chance to do anything with my rim & tire⁉️
