Charlie Reese BEWARE! I have been changing my own oil for over 30 years, but last time on my 2013 Ford 5.4L, I was too busy and had EOC do it. Big mistake! PROBLEM 1: the 5/8" head OEM oil plug I had been using for 8 years with no issues was replaced with a different one with a 17mm head. Whether they lost or stripped the threads in my old one, I got the joy of crawling out and back to the toolbox. PROBLEM 2: The wrong oil filter was used, potentially causing engine damage. If youre using EcoGard, this engine requires the X4651, not the X2500 which is used for Fords V-6 engines. Look at the size difference between the correct Fram PH2 and what they used! I cant think of a more effective way to starve oil flow in my 200k-mile engine. Just because it screws on doesnt mean it fits, folks! PROBLEM 3: Take a look at the filter end, which I eventually had to use channel locks to remove. My "claw" wrench wouldnt even spin it off! Their mechanics need to be trained to hand-tighten filters. The filter wrench is only for removal! So, in summary, my 30-minute oil change morphed into a 2-hour ordeal. You have been warned - I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

DeAndre Dukes This store i never wait in line for a long time, easy in and out. Not too expensive. Never have damaged anything on my vehicle. One time they told me the price total for a repair, and accidentally left something out on the estimate, then when it came time to pay, they added in the extra charge of like 100 and some dollars, and when i asked about it, they apologized they didnt mention it before and removed it saying “We wouldn’t want to lose a loyal customer over something that small” I appreciate all that they continue to check and do here at this store. I also appreciate Travis, the store manager, for all his consideration when it comes to the vehicles he services.

J Shepherd Sent to them for fuel injectors and back brake pad change, came back with more problems!! Broken spark plugs that was told they took out? Why? And the brake caliper sensor plug wasnt hooked back in!! Paid these guys to give me more repair Bills!!!! No recommend for these guys!!

Kevin Thrasher They did a detailed diagnostic of my car, explained the problem to me in an easy to understand explanation, and then broke down the cost for the repair(time, labor, parts, ect.) in a way that I could comprehend, we were even able to out the payment method into a way I could easily do. They even worked hard when it was starting to get dark. I will definitely have to use them again if I have any more Car troubles.

alexiss myers I came up to his shop on Tuesday (06/27) when my car stalled out and kept hesitating when accelerating, Johnny himself said the issue was that my car was misfiring because of my ignition control module and that one of my coil packs was working around half capacity and that I needed to replace it as well. I test drove my car today (06/29) since I had just gotten the chance to after replacing the exact coil pack that was said to be failing. I was also told that he “couldn’t diagnose the issue because my ecu isn’t able to be read” when I know for a fact that I’ve had codes pulled off of it before. After test driving it today I’ve found that my car is still acting the same exact way it was before I took it to his shop. I believe that Johnnys shop is not a good recommendation for anyone that’s needing mechanical work done to their vehicles; furthermore Johnny also refuses to answer the phone most of the time, he’s never at his shop when you need him to be, he acts like a know it all, he’s overall just not a good person to be in customer service with. I myself will never recommend him to anyone I know.

Due to their negligence, Ford is now claiming that the warranty is no longer valid. Ford has sent them an invoice for the damage, as they are liable. However, they have stopped responding to any calls from me or the Ford dealership. BEWARE!!.

John Moffatt I drove from out of state to Carrolton GA to purchase a used truck. I didnt want to purchase it without knowing what if anything was wrong with the engine and the body in general. I paid GA Diesel to do a pre-purchase inspection and Im so glad that I did. They were very thorough, spent a good deal of time with me explaining the process, and in the end the truck was perfect. West GA gave me the peace of mind to drive back home some 350 miles without having to worry that there was something wrong with the truck. I highly recommend them.

Tim McHale As I read some of these reviews I dont know if we are talking about the same place. My wife and I have been bringing our trucks here for 3or4 years. Jason and his staff have shown nothing but professional and friendly service, Ive taken my truck there for loose wires and whatnot and he fixed it without charging me....you do not find that ANYWHERE any more. They also have fit our trucks in their busy schedules and is much appreciated. This is where me and my wife are going to spend most of our stimulus so we can encourage more businesses to be like this one. Integrity, honesty, fair prices and great work is what you will find here if you dont like these things maybe this isnt the place for you. Thanks again Jason and your staff

Donald Hendrix I had my Truck brought in which needed the cooling system checked, running hot under tow. Jason took the job even though several shops would not due to it being a 1996 year model. I told him if at all possible I needed it done by the next day due to going out of town, and he basically replaced the entire cooling system and put a larger radiator in to ensure the Truck ran cool. We took the trip towing our trailer and it never got even close to running hot once. They did a great job and a reasonable price considering the amount of work that had to be done and got it done on time. I wanted to thank them for doing such a great job.

Zach Wipff Should be called "Unreliable Auto Repair". Whatever value of the business is gained in affordability (prices tend to be about average to the higher end anyways) is completely lost in the utter unreliability of their “repairs”. It seems that part of their business model is to make superficial “quick fixes” and leave the main issue unresolved, expecting customers to come in for repeat services and thereby extract as much money as possible when it becomes an issue again. My Chevy Cruze has been experiencing issues with the cooling system of the engine since May of this year, causing the engine to overheat. This is a known issue with older models of Cruzes. I took it in back in May to get this repaired, and also to fix a faulty AC system. One week and $1,100 later, and they installed a new compressor and engine fan. I was told these repairs had a one year warranty. After picking up my vehicle, I quickly discovered that the AC system was not fixed as I had requested. I had to bring it in the next week and spend another $600 on that repair. Then, two weeks ago, at the beginning of July, my check engine light came on. Scanning it said that the coolant flow in my engine was insufficient, which could lead to overheating and major engine damage. This really should have been fixed two months prior when I brought it in the first time. I took my car in on Monday the 1st of July, and it was not available until Friday the 5th, even though all that was performed was a simple coolant flush on the engine (and I was charged a curiously high price of $180). For some reason, they did not think that the one year warranty for the fix I paid $1,100 for back in May should apply to this issue (even though it’s the exact problem I paid to fix). Now, less than two weeks after picking up my vehicle from this particular shop for the third time this Summer, I get warning notifications to stop my engine due to overheating if I drive for more than 10 minutes. About 3 months and $2,000 later, and I absolutely cannot bring myself to return here for another lengthy and faulty repair. Stay away. Find a professional whose repairs you can trust and rely on!

April Capps I called on a Tuesday afternoon when I heard my brakes make a noise. Ash said I can drop it in the morning, I did at 7. By 9:30 I get a text it is ready. Brakes, rotors, oil change and tires rotated.. that fast. This is the place to go if you want dependable, affordable and friendly service. Supporting a hometown business is my first choice, especially when it is a top tier provider. Greg Poole Needed to get 2 vehicles serviced on a friday 12 oclock or so, The chains had customers out to the street, I had been seeing this old school looking business Lambert Tire since I moved here 2- 1/2 yrs. ago, Today was the day, I called them talked with a genuine gentleman, His name was Ash, I told him I needed 2 oil changes and to look ovet the essentials and let me know if there is anything I need, 9 hr. Drives ahead, I needed the oil changes in 5 min when I get there, You can tell not to much gets Ash uptight or stressed, He said yes. Absolutely and said come on in, I was driving my wifes car, I get there and man what a cool place with some good engaging employees, You could feel the positive energy when i got out of the car, It was a breath of fresh air, Because since the Pandemic it seems most companies have forgotten what made them sucessful, Having a can do attitude, A clean place, engaging employee, A product or service that you stand behind at a value to your customer, These guys have got it figured out, I was in and out in 30 to 35 minutes, Great service at a compettitive price, Next vehicle my daughter in laws car, The service tech saw an issue with the front tires and came and got me, Told me that I should come out and take a look, He was right, in 5 min I had a price, tires were in stock and the cherry on top, The price was more than fair, Listen if you have a oil chang/ tire shop and your happy, Thats wonderful.
