1 /5 Brad Traylor: My daughter took my car to them today. When we got it back their way a spring in the tire and the trunk, running lights and the lights in the car are not working. I had to text the person because they don’t answer and the voicemail box is full. Not a good way to do business. They texted me to say bring the car back to them Monday.

I had a starter rebuilt here and felt like they were very honest and it didnt feel like they were trying to take advantage of me. Would have given 5 stars if they would have called like they said they would, I always had to call them to get status of my parts.

5 /5 H Anderson: I have had work done at Johnson auto electric for forty years and they have always done exceptional work. I have had generators and alternators rebuilt and prefer Ralphs rebuilt over new ones. They are much better and he uses quality equipment to accomplish the job. Good people and most importantly fair and honest!!
