I Called Chris yesterday and he said bring it in. Since we didnt get there until late in the afternoon he said they would get to it first thing in the morning. And guess what we are back on the road GREAT SERVICE EVEN BETTER PRICE! And with tour busses we will be back Casey It gets better every time we go back for more repairs cant say enough about Clintons PHENOMENAL SERVICE PERIOD

5 /5 Mark Black: Chris really took good care of my problem. The price isnt too bad either. I paid $225.00 for a new Steer axle Wheel Seal, Hub Oil housing, and clean up of the brake pads. Thanks guys for getting me back on the road. I guess if I had to complain about something it would be that if you dont know they are there, you wont see them. You have to look hard. They have a Vet Memorial address but the business is really at the end of a side street/driveway. Just look for a large green sign that says Sand and Stone. Clintons is at the end of that "driveway" through the gate on the left. CALL FIRST! They stay busy!

2 /5 Lolita Owens: After calling several mechanics for work on my husband commercial vehicle we choose Clinton’s because he seemed honest on the phone. Chris gave me a quote on the phone. I asked him how much was the price subject to change. He told me he gave me the high end quote so if it changed it would most likely go down. I asked for a written quote and never got it. After he completed the work we were informed the price was $300 more than the original quote. I questioned this and he acted like it was no big deal and got smart with me. I don’t do business like this and won’t ever use them again.

Alex A.: I recently took a 2014 Lexus ES 350 to have my transmission replaced. I chose Speedy’s based on the recommendation of a friend. Let me just say they lived up to their reputation and then some. Unbelievable quality of service, quick turnaround given the extensive work my car required, five star communication, clean shop, super knowledgeable and nice people to do business with and very trustworthy as well. I could not possibly recommend a repair shop more than these guys. Google won’t let me give ten stars or I would. My old sedan is running like a NASCAR around the track!

Chuck Taylor: Why are negative stars not allowed? If you need body work done on your car and want professional service, this is NOT the place. This shop was in Allstate preferred shops, but not sure why. They picked up my daughter’s Mini Cooper in October 2023 for repairs. Was told it would be 4 to 6 weeks and I would get updated weekly. The only updates I got was when I would call and it seemed like I was disturbing them. Then it was excuse after excuse. I’ll say Ashly likes to yell a lot. Once I called and was told the shop was waiting on rear glass, when I questioned this because none of the glass was broken, the secretary got upset that I questioned this as she has pictures with all to the glass busted out. I said I have pictures of the car leaving my house with all glass, she then passed to over to Ashly. This is where I was informed no one that answers the phone knows what they are talking about, that non of the glass was broken. But was given more excuses and told of other parts they were waiting on. Now lets jump to January 2025 - This is where I was told the car was ready, but needed to be aligned. Rick Worley & Son sent it to another shop for alignment. Rick Worley & Son then sent a new estimate to the insurance company for work on the front suspension, including a busted wheel. I spoke to this shop and worked directly with them as they had a different story…no bused wheel but had a bent strut. Rick Worley & Son told me the repairs to the front HAD to be done to get the car back. So I paid the other shop for the repairs. Then I went to pick up the car on a Friday at Rick Worleys shop… The back doors overlapped and did not close correctly, the back of the car was full of water, trim around the window was loose, and the list goes on. Rick was there and took the car back inside to “adjust the doors and find the leak”. While waiting, we went inside to pay my deductible, while speaking to Loretta and paying, the other secretary came back in the room and started yelling my wife and daughter. The secretary wanted to know what they thought was funny and why they were talking about her. They had never met her nor were they even looking at her until she started yelling. Very shocking, but when I thought things could not get worse, after telling Rick what happened, I was offered $100 from Ashly for “all of the problems I’ve had and to APOLOGIZE for these problems”. I declined the 100 dollars and it seemed to make things worse. So we left, without the car. The following Monday, we picked up the car, and it was in the same condition as Friday. Back was still full of water the doors were still not aligned, trim was still loose, paint was still swirly just over all horrible work. They confirmed all windows were re-tinted but there was NO tint replaced on the rear windows, they seemed to have replaced. They did not even clean the interior of the car. Driver side floor was muddy, car was fully of dust, and the outside was dirty as well, didn’t even try to hide it. I drove the car, and it did not drive normal. The insurance company told me to take to another shop, where the car was checked. Allstate has now totaled the car due to the un-repaired damage under the quarter panel. There was ZERO professionalism and ZERO quality work. Will NEVER go back nor would I recommend ANYONE to use the shop for repairs.

Laid back place with amazing customer service. Also got a free oil change. Who doesn’t like nice, knowledgeable people along with free stuff. You got a customer for life. Try them out. You won’t be disappointed.

Jesse Blackburn: I cant speak for all of the guys that work here at all, the first time that I had came to this buisness a had an absolutely great experience, now the 2nd time on the other hand, I spoke with an older man, 1st I called him about my key getting made and I was asked if I already had a key so that another one could be programmed, so I answered I only have the 1 key, not only did he sound completely RUDE on the phone, I get to the buisness and I hand him my key and then he started looking at me me like I was a dumb ass then he said well wheres the other key"with an attitude so i "not knowing i was suppose to gave an extra key on top of my original and the one that I ordered" told him that there was nothing mentioned if a 3rd key to program 1 key. VERY UNHAPPY WITH LACK OF COSTUMER SERVICE. All is well tho, because I ended up going to Ricks lock and key and they took great care of me without a grumpy ass attitude and they got everything that I needed done with only the 2 keys I had originally had, again that at your service auto could NOT help out with my issue. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Kinda upset that a big name "tire discounters" would refer me to such an awful place!

ashley gazzola: Rude, unhelpful and trashy. The facility has like four or five mobile home trailers on the property. When you walk in the office nobodys there. Originally I thought it was funny that they still had a Christmas tree up in June but now I realize its just because theyre lazy. I wouldnt let them work on my truck if they paid me because I can tell they dont care about the customer or their quality of work. They just care about money.

Dwight Young: Gears Transmission is one of the most phenomenal transmission shops in the Southeast, if not in the country. They offer Nationwide warranties on the work that they do, they back up the work even if youre out of state, and have a network of partnered shops across the country to keep your vehicle serviced in the event any issues arise. They have worked on multiple vehicles for myself and my family, and stood behind their work 110%. They have beat their competition with their honesty, integrity, and their warranties. I would not recommend anyone to go anywhere else but Gears for Transmission issues.
