2 /5 Jesse Blackburn: I cant speak for all of the guys that work here at all, the first time that I had came to this buisness a had an absolutely great experience, now the 2nd time on the other hand, I spoke with an older man, 1st I called him about my key getting made and I was asked if I already had a key so that another one could be programmed, so I answered I only have the 1 key, not only did he sound completely RUDE on the phone, I get to the buisness and I hand him my key and then he started looking at me me like I was a dumb ass then he said well wheres the other key"with an attitude so i "not knowing i was suppose to gave an extra key on top of my original and the one that I ordered" told him that there was nothing mentioned if a 3rd key to program 1 key. VERY UNHAPPY WITH LACK OF COSTUMER SERVICE. All is well tho, because I ended up going to Ricks lock and key and they took great care of me without a grumpy ass attitude and they got everything that I needed done with only the 2 keys I had originally had, again that at your service auto could NOT help out with my issue. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Kinda upset that a big name "tire discounters" would refer me to such an awful place!

It starts with unsurpassed customer care and service, which lasts from dropping off your car, throughout diagnostics and repairs and through to picking up your car. They quickly diagnosed the problem with my Ford Escapes transmission, explained the problem, parts and work needed. In the process they discovered the left turn signal not working and made the repair after consulting with me. This shop and its owners put you in great hands- speed of service is unsurpassed and no one beats their prices. You owe it to yourself to trust your car with this business. I only wish I had known about them sooner.

1 /5 Juel Giglio: Don’t schedule a tuneup unless you are prepared to WAIT WEEKS!! My husband raved about how good they are . So when he dropped off our car after previously speaking to the people two days before hand: I assumed the fast friendly service would call us with an estimate within a couple days. FIVE days LATER they STILL haven’t even LOOKED at it! Said they won’t till the END of THIS WEEK?! This was NOT some major repair job! Just a tuneup and AC maybe a door handle?! How do you schedule somebody to drop off then don’t bother to even LOOK at the car for five DAYS?!! Should have SAID at the FIRST that you were booked for a week out!!! Not my idea of good service!

5 /5 DS Gilchrist: Absolutely love these guys! Honest, quick, thorough ... and will be as quick to tell you what you need done as they will to tell you what you DONT need done. For someone who knows nothing about nothing, having a trustworthy and thorough mechanic is a Godsend!
