1 /5 Sparky Welds: I am honestly very dissatisfied and disappointed in the way a couple things were returned on my truck. Granted I had them do an engine swap which is a big job but a couple things weren’t handled correctly. To the point where I’m already working on my truck myself again and feel as if I should have done the swap myself. To start the way the power steering lines were run are completely wrong after the swap. Mind you they weren’t hanging down the way they are now before. Don’t even get me started on the turbo they put back on the truck that was missing 3 of the four exhaust housing bolts and I even supplied another turbo with the engine that they told me was wrong. Guess what I swapped out the turbo myself with the one supplied and it was the same turbo I took out that almost came apart after they put it back on the engine. It could have been catastrophic. The only good thing about the experience was how easy they are to deal with. But I will not be coming back here after the way they left my truck. I know beggars can’t be choosers when supplying their own parts witch I did but I feel like there should have been a little more care with the way things were re installed.

5 /5 Mikee B: To sum up they are helpful, fast, reasonable, over the to on customer service & didnt sell us anything we didnt need. We have a 1 ton Dodge dually (our only transportation) that wouldnt start. I called 2 other place that said they would call us back to let me know when they could fit us in & they never did. When I call Underdog he said that he would work us in that day & he did. We had our truck towed to his shop. Turned out to be the batteries, he charged us up & delivered our truck back to us at the RV park where we were staying & recommended Costco to get a good deal on the batteries. Turns out I couldnt figure out how to get the batteries out, so called Zach & another young man & they changed them at the RV Park. We were so happy with the service we had him service the oil & filters. Thanks again Zach & Underdog.
