3 /5 Victor: Repair was great! The communication overall could’ve been better. For some context, I also had an insurance claim with them so that could’ve affected the overall experience I had, but neither the shop nor my insurance company did a good job of keeping me in the loop. This is something I’d tell people to consider coming in with claims and WITHOUT a rental. Especially since the shop is also only open four days a week which I feel like ultimately delayed the process. There were some minor scratches I saw on the back of my car (which I’m assuming were a result of them washing the car before the paint job). These interior was clean and everyone was relatively friendly.

1 /5 K H: Please do your self a favor and go elsewhere. The black auto service guy literally broke a part and had the audacity to tell me I could buy the part and they “would do the work for free”. And to say “to make you happy we will pay for it”. Horrible customer service. It took 3-4 weeks to get the parts in to fix my window they broke. I had to call for updates and had to get insurance supervisor involved. The manager over the body shop didn’t have the respect or Apparently courage to speak with us about his service guys screw up. My car went in with door issues from a deer. Literally no issues whatsoever so ever with my windows. The only person who seems somewhat honest is the guy at the desk when you walk in. They lied about speaking with the insurance supervisor about the concern. The “on site” insurance adjuster is a liar and I hope I never have to speak to her again. Giving this shop one star is being kind. I would give Any. The body work to the door was decent but we are not completely happy with it. At this point I hope To never deal with them again and will never send anyone I like there. Moral of my review, Just Don’t and keep records , video and all recordings if you do for any further need.

5 /5 Greg Black: Had an excellent experience at CarStar. The process, from initial damage inspection, to an estimate, to the repairs was smooth and efficient. Michael was very patient and transparent in explaining next steps and delivered as promised. I had several interactions with the office staff while following up with my fleet service, and they were always patient and professional in getting back to me quickly. My car was delivered back to me on time and in perfect condition.
