Chuck Taylor Why are negative stars not allowed? If you need body work done on your car and want professional service, this is NOT the place. This shop was in Allstate preferred shops, but not sure why. They picked up my daughter’s Mini Cooper in October 2023 for repairs. Was told it would be 4 to 6 weeks and I would get updated weekly. The only updates I got was when I would call and it seemed like I was disturbing them. Then it was excuse after excuse. I’ll say Ashly likes to yell a lot. Once I called and was told the shop was waiting on rear glass, when I questioned this because none of the glass was broken, the secretary got upset that I questioned this as she has pictures with all to the glass busted out. I said I have pictures of the car leaving my house with all glass, she then passed to over to Ashly. This is where I was informed no one that answers the phone knows what they are talking about, that non of the glass was broken. But was given more excuses and told of other parts they were waiting on. Now lets jump to January 2025 -
This is where I was told the car was ready, but needed to be aligned. Rick Worley & Son sent it to another shop for alignment. Rick Worley & Son then sent a new estimate to the insurance company for work on the front suspension, including a busted wheel. I spoke to this shop and worked directly with them as they had a different story…no bused wheel but had a bent strut. Rick Worley & Son told me the repairs to the front HAD to be done to get the car back. So I paid the other shop for the repairs. Then I went to pick up the car on a Friday at Rick Worleys shop…
The back doors overlapped and did not close correctly, the back of the car was full of water, trim around the window was loose, and the list goes on. Rick was there and took the car back inside to “adjust the doors and find the leak”. While waiting, we went inside to pay my deductible, while speaking to Loretta and paying, the other secretary came back in the room and started yelling my wife and daughter. The secretary wanted to know what they thought was funny and why they were talking about her. They had never met her nor were they even looking at her until she started yelling. Very shocking, but when I thought things could not get worse, after telling Rick what happened, I was offered $100 from Ashly for “all of the problems I’ve had and to APOLOGIZE for these problems”. I declined the 100 dollars and it seemed to make things worse. So we left, without the car.
The following Monday, we picked up the car, and it was in the same condition as Friday. Back was still full of water the doors were still not aligned, trim was still loose, paint was still swirly just over all horrible work. They confirmed all windows were re-tinted but there was NO tint replaced on the rear windows, they seemed to have replaced. They did not even clean the interior of the car. Driver side floor was muddy, car was fully of dust, and the outside was dirty as well, didn’t even try to hide it.
I drove the car, and it did not drive normal. The insurance company told me to take to another shop, where the car was checked. Allstate has now totaled the car due to the un-repaired damage under the quarter panel.
There was ZERO professionalism and ZERO quality work. Will NEVER go back nor would I recommend ANYONE to use the shop for repairs.

Mitchell Parker I cannot recommend this shop, my wifes car was there for two months, the insurance company quit paying for a rental car. Once we got the car back multiple issues were still there. The car has been back to the shop now three times to get it right. I dont get what happened to this shop. Weve had great experiences in the past with them.
