Trent Carpenter Had my car towed to Stapp Wednesday night and spoke to them Thursday morning to explain what happened. Just a few hours later they had the car diagnosed as a bad starter and the repair quoted. Agreed to the service and in just about 24 hours they had the starter replaced and ready for pick up. They were very professional and kept me updated through the process and the prices were extremely fair. Would 100% recommend!

Traci Eiberger I refuse to believe the bad reviews are actual customers!!! Ive taken several cars here for many years, NEVER had a problem. I just "dropped in" last week for a new battery, my wheel has to come off to replace the battery. I was in & out in 30 min while they were super busy with every bay full. Oh and they absolutely have a waiting room with tv. Mike is the BEST! I dont trust my car with anyone else!!

Jack Kohn Had my truck at the Knoxville location I’m basically losing everything now after having my truck there my whole life is in jeopardy because my trucks motor is having to be redone after thousands of dollars I paid Clarke to rebuild it…..if you get work done here make sure mark all your stuff cause they make more money if they resell parts you pay to go on your truck that don’t make it there….why not just piece your motor back together with whatever ever is laying around how will they know and it will add to bottom dollar …think it ain’t happening here to tell ya think again ….good luck

K H This place is above and beyond the best shop I’ve ever been to. Beyond fair pricing and treatment by the manager Billy. The mechanics are like Detroit doctors. I was truly impressed by the service of this shop. The mechanic Scott diagnosed the problem in 10 minutes. He is a diesel doctor for sure. Thank you Clark Power Services for your honesty and hard work. Your shop is by far the best I’ve ever been to or ever seen. Thumbs up!

Samuel Chatman Rates have increased dramatically and quality is down significantly. They built my 14L detroit, charged me to counter bore it, and either didnt do it or did it incorrectly. Engine only lasted 103k miles before blowing the head gasket. 3k miles over warranty.

I always hate the surprises after services are done when the total is way more than I expected. ashley gazzola Rude, unhelpful and trashy. The facility has like four or five mobile home trailers on the property. When you walk in the office nobodys there. Originally I thought it was funny that they still had a Christmas tree up in June but now I realize its just because theyre lazy. I wouldnt let them work on my truck if they paid me because I can tell they dont care about the customer or their quality of work. They just care about money.

The Kulons I was so happy to find this gem of an auto body shop. I called around and was told by others I’d have to wait months. Michael got me right in! LD Stafford This is a top notch body shop, taking my poor Kia from sad to glad in under two weeks. Ive been using their service for years and Ive never been unhappy. They are friendly and communicate with me. They even detailed my car. They dont do insurance networks, so you dont get the same run around when the damage estimate turns out to be more.

Letha High Mike has always been great for transmission work! I asked several people before taking my truck to him years ago. He came very recommended and has done work for me several times. He’s always been reasonable on pricing for the work he does and checks over things if I’ve mentioned a problem. Hope he keeps at it for a long time!

Wayne Koger Had a transmission in an 03 Escalade rebuilt that lost 2nd it lasted 4 months, I had them rebuild it again, again around 4 months. The next time it went out same thing lost 2nd gear. Its out of original warranty (which was one year) by a month or so and I get that except it was never repaired correctly the first time. Every time it did the same exact thing and the last time when they diagnosed it the guy tells me its gonna need a new 2nd gear band and its gonna cost me another 900 bucks! Why didnt you replace that the first time, or the 2nd time?

Kristofer Hale If it could have a 0 I’d give it. Terrible people to deal with and when you get you vehicle back (that you’ve had the whole truck repainted) it’s covered in deep scratches that will need to be repainted to remove! Absolutely terrible buisness and no communication.

Victor Repair was great! The communication overall could’ve been better. For some context, I also had an insurance claim with them so that could’ve affected the overall experience I had, but neither the shop nor my insurance company did a good job of keeping me in the loop. This is something I’d tell people to consider coming in with claims and WITHOUT a rental. Especially since the shop is also only open four days a week which I feel like ultimately delayed the process. There were some minor scratches I saw on the back of my car (which I’m assuming were a result of them washing the car before the paint job). These interior was clean and everyone was relatively friendly.

K H Please do your self a favor and go elsewhere. The black auto service guy literally broke a part and had the audacity to tell me I could buy the part and they “would do the work for free”. And to say “to make you happy we will pay for it”. Horrible customer service. It took 3-4 weeks to get the parts in to fix my window they broke. I had to call for updates and had to get insurance supervisor involved. The manager over the body shop didn’t have the respect or Apparently courage to speak with us about his service guys screw up. My car went in with door issues from a deer. Literally no issues whatsoever so ever with my windows. The only person who seems somewhat honest is the guy at the desk when you walk in. They lied about speaking with the insurance supervisor about the concern. The “on site” insurance adjuster is a liar and I hope I never have to speak to her again. Giving this shop one star is being kind. I would give Any. The body work to the door was decent but we are not completely happy with it. At this point I hope To never deal with them again and will never send anyone I like there. Moral of my review, Just Don’t and keep records , video and all recordings if you do for any further need.

They offer Nationwide warranties on the work that they do, they back up the work even if youre out of state, and have a network of partnered shops across the country to keep your vehicle serviced in the event any issues arise. They have worked on multiple vehicles for myself and my family, and stood behind their work 110%. They have beat their competition with their honesty, integrity, and their warranties. I would not recommend anyone to go anywhere else but Gears for Transmission issues.
