Rachel Payne When I got there, I didn’t have to wait for them them to take my vehicle into the garage. It was taken right away. They changed my spark plugs (I thought that was the issue I was having), only to find out it was the coil pack. Waited only like 10 minutes for the coil pack to get there. My van was fixed in less than an hour. 3 spark plugs, an oil change and a new coil pack. Very friendly people and reasonable price! Would recommend to anyone!

Paul Perdue Doug, Marc and Max have been extremely helpful. I got a 1964 Johnson outboard to cycle 40 hp motor. They helped me with and we figured out that the carburetor wasn’t choking. Adequately to starter up. 10 minutes later i am boat bound

Chris Phillips Charlie is the best mechanic around, especially for European vehicles. Porsche dealerships will not even work on older air cooled Porsches. The dealership service department says to take these cars to a specialist. Charlie is the best and he is my specialist. He is the only person I will let touch anything under the deck lid of my Porsche 930.

Jaylin Jean I scheduled an appointment to figure out what was wrong with my Lexus. And Grants was super helpful, friendly, nice, and especially timely. I left my car and received it back perfectly fixed the same exact day. This is great company and I definitely recommend servicing your vehicle with them.

V Carter I went there to get some work done because my daughter’s car was running rough. When I came to pick her car up, someone had hit it in the back. The mechanic didn’t know who hit my car, but I was in shock because the car was parked in a street parking spot and not in the safe place behind the building. Anyways, I had to handle that with my own insurance company…What I didn’t like is how my daughter’s car was still doing the same thing. I paid $200 for the “repairs” made. Also, the car had oil stains all over the seat and floor. The interior of her car is tan, so the stains are very noticeable. I wish he would have put something down on floor/seat as a courtesy. I wonder if anyone else has had this problem?

Mason Sudderth Needed an alignment done so I called Bill. He was able to get it done within two hours which was super convenient for me at the time. I thought that I wouldve had to leave it there for a day or two but that was not the case fortunately. I would recommend Bills for quick and effective work at a reasonable price.

kevin christensen They broken parts during a repair. Did not reinstall several bolts across the engine bay. Nice enough folks. Slow turn around times, but understandable based on having a small building and many jobs to get done. Bottom line for me is that if I could go back in time... I would, without a doubt, take my rig somewhere else.

I called Smith’s and the owners went above and beyond to help make sure the car was mechanically sound — and even helped me the administrative side of getting the sale done. This is a good, honest, family business - with owners that are professional — but kind. Kayla - thank you a million times. I wish you guys had your business here.

Richard Dickson We needed and oil change right away. I called ahead to see how busy they were. When I arrived, they were there to greet me before I got out of the car. They had the car in the bay before I spoke with the lady inside at the desk. As soon as she got to me she took my information, checked the car mileage and VIN, and told me what my choices were. She also offered additional services that were available. I made my selection - standard oil change - and she told me to check back in 30 minutes. They were done in approximately that amount of time, I paid the charge, and was on my way. In addition, when I got to the car the protective plastic was still inside, but when I pulled it out and started looking for a garbage bin, one of the employees noticed and came to take it for me. Overall a great experience!

The team got me back on the road quickly and made sure the job was done right. If you need fast, reliable, and honest service, this is the place to come. Paula Berryman Johnson’s has repaired several vehicles for me over the past 12-15 years. They have always been professional, and fixed my vehicle in a very timely way. You won’t have to pay nearly as much here as you would at a dealership. I have never had a problem with their work! They’re located on Sunset Drive, as I say it; “ beside Claude Herring’s old store.”

Vincent Echerer I dropped my truck off to have some minor repairs on a Friday. I called the following Monday to get an ETA. They told me they would get to at the beginning of the following week. The following week comes and goes, I called, no answer. Called numerous times and no answer. A month in I finally get an answer and they said they’ve been backed up and would get to it that week. ANOTHER 2 weeks go by and I call and they can’t give me an update. I went up there twice during business hours and no one was there. I am sure they do good work because others have had good experiences but the lack of management is atrocious. 7 weeks and I had to go pick up my truck and take it elsewhere.
