Bills Auto Alignment - Hartwell (GA)

3 /5 V Carter: I went there to get some work done because my daughter’s car was running rough. When I came to pick her car up, someone had hit it in the back. The mechanic didn’t know who hit my car, but I was in shock because the car was parked in a street parking spot and not in the safe place behind the building. Anyways, I had to handle that with my own insurance company…What I didn’t like is how my daughter’s car was still doing the same thing. I paid $200 for the “repairs” made. Also, the car had oil stains all over the seat and floor. The interior of her car is tan, so the stains are very noticeable. I wish he would have put something down on floor/seat as a courtesy. I wonder if anyone else has had this problem?

5 /5 Mason Sudderth: Needed an alignment done so I called Bill. He was able to get it done within two hours which was super convenient for me at the time. I thought that I wouldve had to leave it there for a day or two but that was not the case fortunately. I would recommend Bills for quick and effective work at a reasonable price.

5 /5 Willie D: Best Master Mechanic within 100 mile radius, hands down. Has serviced all three of our vehicles for the past five (5) years, and saved us thousands vs. dealer or rip-off incompetent shops. Locally owned, managed, and operated - one man shop. You may have to wait but when its done its done, and he backs up his work in the rare case of a re-do that is valid. He is in the mode now of cutting back on big jobs as the roses arent waiting around anymore for him to go smell them & he knows it. Foreign and Domestic, HVAC, mechanical, some electrical, control - and more. Older your car the better, lol :)
