I wasnt going to Shell because I didnt think they serviced fleet accounts. Carlton is solid and never ever has a bad attitude. Tyler ,Melvin and the other gentleman all work as a team.

Tim Palmquist The fan belt on our F150 broke this afternoon (a Friday) on our way through LaGrange, so after searching for nearby repair shops (and being told we would need to wait days) I eventually found Auto Service Center and struggled hard to steer our truck one more mile down the street to their shop. Even though it initially looked like the belt broke because of some other bigger problem, it apparently was just a broken tensioner. They got to work on it very quickly (even though I could tell they were busy and probably even overwhelmed), and finished it more quickly than they said they would. It really was true that they treated us like family, even though we are thousands of miles from home. And the charge was very reasonable. From a plaque on their wall we could see that they honor God with their business. And they even let our teenage daughter catch the final episode of her favorite series which she had missed.

Pigeon Creek Fryers has been a very good buisness in my hometown of lagrange for many many years. They have always had a good reputation and still maintain that today. I had not visited them in over 30 years, however returning from vacation this week I had a tire going flat. I drove right past the shop pulled In a checked on the time it would take to have the tire patched. They were busy but took my truck on back and got me on the road darn quick. The tech as well as the office staff are very professional and even more friendly. The cost was reasonable and beat the heck out of a visit to the dealership. I do have a new truck so I do service at the dealership, however I highly recommend Fryers. Fryers, I greatly appreciate your help!

V Carter I went there to get some work done because my daughter’s car was running rough. When I came to pick her car up, someone had hit it in the back. The mechanic didn’t know who hit my car, but I was in shock because the car was parked in a street parking spot and not in the safe place behind the building. Anyways, I had to handle that with my own insurance company…What I didn’t like is how my daughter’s car was still doing the same thing. I paid $200 for the “repairs” made. Also, the car had oil stains all over the seat and floor. The interior of her car is tan, so the stains are very noticeable. I wish he would have put something down on floor/seat as a courtesy. I wonder if anyone else has had this problem?

I thought that I wouldve had to leave it there for a day or two but that was not the case fortunately. I would recommend Bills for quick and effective work at a reasonable price.

Gail Howell My husband went up there to get a trailer tire on and they put a new one on there. It’s $128 and then the tire wasn’t put on all the way and he told him it would pop back in. We’re not no dummies you don’t let the tire just pop back in so he went back And told them to put the old tire back on there because he didn’t put the first one back on their right and then he charged me $28 to do all that he just gave me $100 back. I don’t think it’s fair and I would never go to this place again

Andrew Haley I have been using this shop for a few years. I have never had any issues with the work, or the prices. Like we all do, our car broke down, and we couldn’t afford to fix it. We had it dropped at the shop, after finding out we couldn’t afford to fix it, we had some disagreements about having it towed. Instead of getting hot and argumentative, we were able to talk it out. We left on good terms, and I will use them again when needed.

Thornton Jack (JackTheHoon) Took my truck for a steering wheel recall in February, truck sat for three month and they replaced the transmission. They did not complete the steering wheel recall, three months after they replaced my transmission my steering felt like it was about to fall off, so truck has to go back for the steering wheel recall, as soon as i get it back it has a traction control light on, so take it back to be charged a 486$ customer participation fee???? I didnt participate in anything, my vendor took it to ford because i did not want to participate with this ford dealership. Also dealership took the pin out of my trailer tree on top of the truck leading to the hitch falling out and damaging the transmission cooler on the truck as soon as i got the truck back from having the transmission replaced

Nett Kilcrease I had a very disappointing experience at this dealership. From the beginning, the salesman was extremely pushy and persistent. He kept pressing me for personal information and how much I could put down for a down payment — all before I had even chosen a vehicle. It felt like I was being pressured into making a quick decision instead of being helped through the process. After I purchased an F-150 truck, I later found out there was an active recall on the vehicle — something the sales manager never mentioned during the sale. That’s a serious omission and shows a real lack of transparency and concern for customer safety. Overall, this experience left me feeling misled and taken advantage of. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an honest or respectful car-buying experience. Take your business to Tifton or some other dealership!!
