Jonathan Omps Mark Duncan is the reason for many Atlanta folks being able to keep their cherished older vehicles on the road. I have used and trusted Mark for easily 20 years starting back when he was over on Howell Mill. He is extremely fair on prices and completes repairs on time and is reliable. Ill brag about him to anyone who asks and happy he has stuck to it this long.

Ian Mark is a phenomenal mechanic. I like to do work on my cars, but when I get in too over my head, it’s nice to have an expert who won’t try to rip me off. Mark fulfills that perfectly. He didn’t cheat me when I had an issue with a CV joint/brake knocking last week. He solved it quickly and was super great to consult with. I definitely recommend him to anyone looking for an honest and capable mechanic!

Harry Corbett I live all the way in Atlanta but will forever drive the distance for any repairs. I was recommended here from all my coworkers and they blew my expectations out of the water. They gave me the best price by far from everywhere I got my car diagnostics done and completed everything while I waited with no appointment. They are family own and run and everyone I had the pleasure of talking to were so attentive: Emory, Christina, Lee and Dashone are the best. Definitely worth checking them out!

Stephanie Brown KLM is my new primary mechanic. Luis and his team were extremely professional. They were able to look at my hybrid while I waited and fixed an issue the dealer told me would take 3 days just to diagnose. The waiting area was cool, spotless, and pleasant. The price was reasonable. Most of the other mechanics wouldnt even look at my car because it is a hybrid. Not only did I not need an appointment but they got me in and out in record time on SATURDAY! Im telling everyone I know to stop by if they need any work done on their car.

Lauri Leiter I had to have my air conditioner checked out due to not blowing cold. I Made a made an appointment to take it in to Chucks Auto repair on Marietta Highway in Canton. Since it would take some time to discover the problem they have a courtesy shuttle and took me home. They not only found the problem but they also did a full evaluation on other systems. Several other things needed to be done to keep my Tahoe in top performance. They sent an itemized invoice of problems for me to approve or do another day. They ordered parts needed but it was over Memorial Day so they offered me a loaner vehicle. They texted me and called me with updates on the repairs frequently. I had excellent bumper to bumper warranty and most of the work was covered and I got a military discount also. I could not be more impressed. They are all kind, courteous, fair priced, and friendly. I totally recommend them for any repairs you might need. I will always take my car there for any repairs.

E Whit Cannot recommend this place enough! I took my truck there on July 3rd thinking I was just needing my control arms replaced. Chuck’s did a WHOLE inspection of my vehicle for really cheap and found everything wrong with it. My truck needed some extensive work done on it and I got it back TODAY, the 9th of July, and it drives like it’s brand new! All of the parts have a 20,000 mile warranty, too! Very satisfied and they are very nice to you and treat you like family. They even let me finance the rest of the bill I owed, and gave me a loaner car for free to drive so I didn’t have to get a rental. Literally cannot recommend them enough. Thank you Chuck’s Auto Repair for fixing everything and getting my truck up to par. I will be back with any and all needs I have in the future.

Boles Danny (DaddyBadger) I was just around the corner when the water pump on my Silverado took a dump; gave Advantage Auto a call and they got me right in, fixed my truck, and even gave me a loaner to drive. Every interaction was friendly, thorough, and professional. Trista is a gem who helped the day run so smoothly. The real cherry on top was when I got to speak with Mike during pick up after the test drive. We have an old car that we are trying to just get another year or two out of, so of course it does not run perfectly. Mike identified some likely problems to make me aware, and gave me some idea of what to expect with longevity of the car. He did so in a way that was knowledgeable without being pushy, ending the conversation with explaining how we can fix everything or nurse things along. Being listened to and given a true spectrum of care has been rare in my experience, and I appreciated it from the bottom of my heart. I could not recommend this team more!

The shop was very clean and Ralph and Sofia were very friendly and helpful. He showed me the battery reading and she showed me what was available in batteries for my car. Carlos Mejias Went there because my a/c was blowing cool, but not cold. They also did a full inspection and told me about things I needed to be aware of. Seemed very fairly priced. She even called me a few days later just to make sure things were still good. After making the drive to Florida and back, my a/c is still blowing nice and cold. Plan on taking the van back to get the brakes done soonish.

No thanks! I knew exactly where to take it to. 45 dollars. No haggling the price like ar other oil change places. They also top your fluids off. Highly recommend!!!!

Leslie G Another great experience at Alan Cox Automotive. We took our 2006 S2000 to them after a battery issue. The battery was 1 year old however, the S2000 was a weekend sports car and has not been driven for a while. We took the car to a local shop that sells the battery we purchased and had them check the car our out. They found several things, told us the battery was 3 years old yadda, yadda yadda... We took the car to Alan Cox and they evaluated the car, gave us their recommendations and we had work done on what we could afford at the time. Quick return on their part, gave us the list of items they found. All and all we were pleased with the work and care they took with our car.
