    Summon Lay: I visited the dealership for an oil change and tire rotation, which was completed satisfactorily. However, on my drive home, the tire warning light came on. I checked to see if I had a flat tire and did not find any issue. When I attempted to check the tire pressure using the dashboard display, it was blank. I then went to the nearest tire shop, which was Mavis, where they inspected my tires and sensors. I was informed that the sensors were faulty and had all four replaced. When they returned my vehicle, it would not start. Upon opening the hood, they discovered that the battery was corroded. I am frustrated because, when I left the Chevrolet dealership, I was told that my battery was in good condition. The oil change sticker in my vehicle indicates that the battery health is in the green. If the dealership had truly checked my battery, they would have noticed the corrosion. Leaving the dealership with a potentially compromised and corroded battery has put me in a dangerous situation. This is the worst service I have received from Chevrolet of Canton. I will be advising others to consider alternative service providers.

    One Crafti Noni: We’ve lived in Cherokee County for a few years now and still had not found a mechanic that could do everything that we needed done and did it quickly or had a loaner car. I called Mike the mechanic on a whim just to see if they were available to fix an AC problem in our Honda Odyssey and not only were they available but they had a loaner car for us. Then, as he was repairing it, he found that some of the issues were due to damage from a car accident last year and he contacted the insurance company and the adjuster came out and paid for that part of the Repair. So grateful for how much time he spent helping us get our van back on the road with cold AC.

    Lachelle Kegler: Will never come back to this place of business. Their business practices are questionable at best and dare I say they take advantage of women. Unfortunately, the effects of their shoddy work are just catching up to us and my husband is livid we have them business multiple times. First, let me start by saying that the oil change and tire rotation I made an appointment for took 3 hours. They refused to rotate our tires because the tread was too low. It wasn’t a big deal but the free tire rotation was part reason for us choosing Goodyear. Instead, they quoted me overpriced tires. I declined and ended up getting a new set from Mavis a week later. Even without the tire rotation, I paid for full synthetic oil change plus an additional 3 quarts. The extra 3 quarts cost an additional $30 which was about the cost of the promotion they had running. Except my husband doesn’t think they actually gave us the 3 quarts. He thinks this because It’s been less than 2.5 months and all of a sudden the truck tells me my oil is low. So my husband checks the oil and it’s low. He goes to buy MORE oil and says the truck is taking over 3 quarts. Our truck doesn’t have a leak. So we check the invoice to be sure we paid for 8 qts instead of 5. Not knowing we were allegedly swindled with our truck oil change; in April, we bring our other vehicle to get an oil change. Not only does my husband realize they gave us no sticker on the windshield, he also has to reset car settings. From the unsatisfactory services provided, the unkept appearance of their waiting area and the questionable mechanical work, my family will not be retuning to this location. They are the epitome of why people give mechanics a bad name.

As I walked through the door, I understood the high Google review rating and knew why I had decided to go to Car Doctor. Justis was friendly and the mechanic/technician delivered the car on time as Justis said they would. The service was quick, an excellent repair job and they have fair, reasonable pricing. Car Doctor has a new customer in me! Thank you!

It is not uncommon for mechanics to over-charge or misguide young women into spending way more to fix their vehicle than necessary. Randy is the complete opposite! Instead of convincing me work needed to be done on it immediately, he addressed the main issue, and told me what to pay attention to so far as what else may be needing work soon. He was kind, respectful, and communicative throughout the process. If you are looking for a trustworthy mechanic, Randy is your guy!
