5 /5 Justina Kempski: I had to get an emissions test done and if you’ve ever had to do this they are very awkward. Usually my husband does this but his hours at work changed and they close by the time he’s off.
The gentlemen there was probably one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. He greeted me with a big smile, gave clear directions on what needed to be done in a pleasant tone and apologized that it took a minute for his system to load. The 5 min waiting time for the test to run is normally dreadful but he actually asked about my day, and engaged in a casual conversation (he could of easily just played on his phone #iykyk). During this exchange he mentioned he had a second job after this one - mind you it’s 5pm! So that is probably a 12 hour day and yet he did not let that stop him from delivering excellent customer service. 5 star service!
