    Jesse Diala: My family and I have worked with Ceaser for a couple years now and he usually has done good work for us, but in this specific instance, he did a terrible job. I brought my car there to get my alternator fixed, and while they fixed the alternator, they broke my window in the process. It cannot be a coincidence that my window was working just fine until I brought it to their shop. What would’ve cost him about $150 to get my window fixed is now going to cost him thousands of dollars in business because my family will never bring a car to this shop ever again. I hope it was worth it Ceaser.

    Jeff Baker: We were travelling down to Georgia from Ohio to see our son at Fort Benning (Ranger graduation) and had a wheel bearing go bad, we had just gotten into Georgia when I realized it was going out. I got on my phone and started looking for shops just outside of Atlanta and noticed the good ratings for Jett Autocare. I gave them a call and spoke with Paul and explained the situation and the time crunch we were on. I had already secured a rental vehicle a few miles away from Jetts so all we had to do was make to it to the shop before it went out. We made it to the vehicle rental place and then just made it to Jetts. We dropped our vehicle off on a Wednesday evening and it was done by Thursday evening (front wheel bearings on both sides and front brake job - actually done a day early from what he had originally told me). Service was fast and price was good for all the work that was done. When I initially spoke with Paul on the phone he was clear and honest about the repair schedule and showed a real concern for our safety getting down to them. Cant thank them enough for getting our vehicle repaired and getting us back on the road and safely home. Thank you guys for doing a GREAT job!!!

The service and correspondence was top tier as he helped me address some of my concerns I had with the vehicle after being garaged for an extended amount of time. He helped me get my car road worthy and ready for a long road trip immediately following service and ready for shipment in upcoming weeks to my next assignment. Road trip completed without incident and the car cruised easily and effortlessly as I completed 800+ miles over a weekend trip to FL.     Toi Deal: I brought my car to Max when my alternator went out. I knew my car needed other work but the alternator was main issue at the time. Max not only fixed my alternator but physically explained to me other things that were wrong and in what order I needed to get them fixed. Very informative and honest. I know my way around cars (for the most part) and he showed me exactly where each problem was. I also lost my job the day my alternator went out and Max put me in touch with some people that he knew in my line of work to help me. Very good guy!! Prices were very reasonable as well.
