    Misty Carbonara: We were in town from Virginia visiting family when our car started leaking oil. It was a Friday, and most of the shops we called were unable to schedule service until Monday, which is when we were due to head back to VA. Hickory Flat was the closest shop, so we took a chance and drove in without an appointment, hoping for the best. The owner was understanding of our situation and got our car into a bay as soon as possible. The inside area is comfortable and air-conditioned, which was perfect for a hot day. Our car was repaired and we were back on the road in little time. We are so appreciative of the excellent customer service and care of our vehicle. Thank you!

One of my neighbors suggested I take it to Canton Auto Repair, where they have some modern top-notch diagnostic machines and employees that are experts in troubleshooting. He was right! These guys are amazing, very low-key, friendly, honest and collaborative.

    Frederick V.: Honest - Integrity - Professional Finding the right car shop to take your vehicle to is like finding the right dentist. You wouldn’t want just anyone to start hacking away. You need someone who is not only knowledgeable, but also has great bedside manner, over-communicates and does exactly what he says he is going to do. Enough good things cannot be said about Dan, the owner-master technician at The Auto Lounge. After purchasing a Jeep for my daughter, I quickly found out why people say that Jeep stands for “Just Empty Every Pocket”. Luckily I had also purchased an extended warranty which Dan was more than happy to work with. For those of you who have purchased aftermarket warranties, you know it can be quite the undertaking to get repairs approved and shops normally don’t like working with these warranty companies because it adds time to the repair and time down on a vehicle equals lost productivity/revenue. Every step of the way from dropping my daughter’s car off at The Auto Lounge, to the diagnosis of the car’s issues, to the interactions with the warranty company, and any issues that may have arisen when conducting the repair…Dan kept me abreast the entire time. I travel quite a bit for work and Dan was always sure to keep me updated by trying to call me first, leaving a message and then leaving me a text message. Amazing communication! This is quite possibly the step that all dealerships and repair shops get wrong. Dan is a true professional, not just with his tools of the trade, but also from a customer experience perspective. Although I live more than 25 miles away from The Auto Lounge, traveling out to Canton was 100% worth it to have Dan work on my daughter’s Jeep. I am happy to report that the long laundry list of issues with the Jeep are all now resolved and the car is like new. Thank you Dan for setting the gold standard! Consider me a loyal customer. I will be back.

    Kimberly: Jamie is amazing!! A tire blew out just before I turned the corner and I was able to pull into the parking lot of Performance Plus Automotive. Jamie spent about 45 minutes looking around for a tire that he could put on the car so I could get home (about a mile away) but did not have one that would fit. He was in the process of closing the shop so he could take me to my house when my son arrived. He let me leave the car for a day while I took the tire to be replaced and then he stopped what he was doing and put the tire back on for me. He would not take any money for his time and effort spent. Service like this is almost impossible to find anymore! If you want to be treated like family I would recommend Performance Plus Automotive for anything you need.

He is great to work with and doesnt look for additional things to do - he gets what you need done quick and efficiently. I always recommend him and have never been disappointed.
