1 /5 Vincent Echerer: I dropped my truck off to have some minor repairs on a Friday. I called the following Monday to get an ETA. They told me they would get to at the beginning of the following week. The following week comes and goes, I called, no answer. Called numerous times and no answer. A month in I finally get an answer and they said they’ve been backed up and would get to it that week. ANOTHER 2 weeks go by and I call and they can’t give me an update. I went up there twice during business hours and no one was there. I am sure they do good work because others have had good experiences but the lack of management is atrocious. 7 weeks and I had to go pick up my truck and take it elsewhere.
