Dora Bustos-Villa God is good! I’ve never had a better experience in my life with any tire/auto care company! I’m 7 months pregnant and had a flat tire and had to get a tow. It’s only been a few days after the hurricane and most of the town is still not fully operational. Jason, the owner from the moment I called to see if they were even open until he handed me back my keys couldn’t have been more kind and gracious! I’ve never had such incredible customer service. Vincent Echerer I dropped my truck off to have some minor repairs on a Friday. I called the following Monday to get an ETA. They told me they would get to at the beginning of the following week. The following week comes and goes, I called, no answer. Called numerous times and no answer. A month in I finally get an answer and they said they’ve been backed up and would get to it that week. ANOTHER 2 weeks go by and I call and they can’t give me an update. I went up there twice during business hours and no one was there. I am sure they do good work because others have had good experiences but the lack of management is atrocious. 7 weeks and I had to go pick up my truck and take it elsewhere.
