They were courteous, quick to get back with us and got her car repaired after a thorough investigation as to what was wrong. Daniel explained the issues well and I was impressed with the level of service. This was a pleasant surprise for someone breaking down from out-of-town.

Connie Herrin They performed a dual conversion on my 2019 Jeep Compass so that I would have Right hand drive for my mail route. They did the best conversion I had ever seen. They had previously worked on my 2016 Jeep Patriot and did a Great Job. I would Highly Recommend them!

Brian Hogan I contacted Kreider on short notice to ask for help with a repair our Sienna needed. We were getting ready for a road trip to Miami and back when we realized there was a wheel bearing going bad. Im a car guy, and have managed dealership service departments in the past, but I just didnt have the time to handle it. Daniel was quick to offer his help, and he clearly understood the need for urgency in our situation. They made time for us to get the van repaired and in all honesty they far surpassed my expectations. The price was fair (and was about 15% less than the quote), the repair was done correctly, communication was superb, the shop is modern and clean, and they delivered an exceptional (and honest) experience. Firecracker Today 1/24/23 I was westbound on I-16 and for some unusual reason my air dryer cartridge blew off. Anyway I called Napa truck parts in Metter,GA. And not only did they have the part but Morgan brought it to me 8miles away. Really great people, thank you so much!!!

The object that punctured it was too large so he got the donut put on and offered suggestions of tire shops to help fix it. I was so appreciative of his help, especially being from out of town and not knowing the area.

We happened to have an extra full size tire but unfortunately, we did not have the right size lug nuts for the extra tire. Without hesitation, he hopped in his car and offered to get us the lug nuts we need. He was able to get us back on the road in an hour and gave us an EXTREMELY fair price for all his help and work. I pulled into Henry’s lot and he was able to assess the issue with my car, drove me up to O’reilys to pick up the part, came back and within the hour had not only fixed the issue, but did additional maintenance to make sure my car was in great shape before hitting the road again. I popped up here and was on the phone with my friend wheeled it in, without any exchange of words they got me right. Within 10 minutes of pulling up victor fixed my rim, and put a new tire on. Prolly the most affordable experience. Great customer service. Fastest service. I used to be a tire tech. But I couldn’t do what they did today. They didn’t charge me for anything other than the tire. They fixed my rim for free. All the guys there are so nice & helpful 10/10 recommend you give them your business
