5 /5 Mario Rodriguez: Had 4 new Goodyear tires put on because they had a Black Friday special, when I got to the store their system didn’t show the correct price so they match it. Keith did a good job changing my tires. When I got the car back it showed low tire pressure, they told me it would go away once I drive for a few miles. When I got home I check the pressure and it was at 37psi. Which is good for my car, but the sensors was still telling me too low. So I put a little more air and then the light cut off. I’m happy with my experience.

1 /5 Jonathan Shaw: Always takes forever and the lifetime tire and rotation is not truly lifetime. Its only until they decide that its not good enough even though the tires are really fine. Will never buy tires from here again

1 /5 Sheila Scott: If I was able to give zero stars , I would. I had an appointment for tire installation at 7 am. 7:45 am no one has come out, no one answered the phone in any department. I called the 1 800 number and the rep was able to email and then asked me if I could wait another 30 minutes. My APPOINTMENT was made for 7am for a reason.Tires and installation had been paid in full. This is the worst service I have received from Walmart and Walmart.com. This happened a couple of years back, my fault I decided to give Walmart a 2nd chance! I guarantee they wont get a 3rd chance! I do NOT recommend the Walmart Auto Service department in Milledgeville, Ga.

1 /5 Jadaryl Harris: I had an awful experience the staff in the shop is mostly inexperienced. The shop manager is the sorry nasty and very arrogant and unprofessional. For me they have the most inexperienced technicians mounting the tires. They overly inflated my tires recommended 35 pounds its in the door seal of my car. They put close to 50 pounds of air in my tires. Which caused it not to drive as smooth as it should with brand new tires. Now I have to buy a set of new tires in less than a whole year. They damage my tires air pressure sensors and stripped all of my lugnuts. I will say the lady thats the department manager is nice. But you have to deal with the nasty unprofessional lazy arrogant shop manager who doesnt want to do his job. The store manager is awesome as well. I just dont want to deal with the shop manager. After we resolve my issues I promise I will never go to or use the automotive department in Milledgeville Georgia again. If any of my family or friends ask I will tell them the same. I was trying to reach the District or Division manager to see if I could have it done at the Eatonton Georgia Walmart Automotive department they are way more experienced and professional. They told me they get the same complaints from all of thier customers whose delt with the walmart automotive department in Milledgeville Georgia.

2 /5 Frankie DeFore: The compressor was down for like a week. That would be understandable if they werent telling you "itll be tomorrow". Most of the employees were fine, it really must suck working in a fishbowl. The department manager was very friendly and as helpful as she could be. Overall, It wasnt a great experience, but it wasnt for lack of trying.
