1 /5 Sheila Scott: If I was able to give zero stars , I would. I had an appointment for tire installation at 7 am. 7:45 am no one has come out, no one answered the phone in any department. I called the 1 800 number and the rep was able to email and then asked me if I could wait another 30 minutes. My APPOINTMENT was made for 7am for a reason.Tires and installation had been paid in full. This is the worst service I have received from Walmart and Walmart.com. This happened a couple of years back, my fault I decided to give Walmart a 2nd chance! I guarantee they wont get a 3rd chance! I do NOT recommend the Walmart Auto Service department in Milledgeville, Ga.
