1 /5 MK Motivates: This is by far the least professional establishment I’ve encountered as far as dealerships. GMC as a brand is degrading due to its faulty products & this dealership takes the cake. They are non communicative arrogant lazy and disrespectful. I have an inclination they are purposely not fixing the vehicles up to standard. Once something breaks & they fix it, another item breaks immediately after. My spouse has spent much money here & as a veteran I will make it my mission to notify every network we have as a veteran to make sure people who have served this country don’t have to support their disgraceful products & services.

1 /5 nikki: I had my car towed there to get repaired and they repaired it. I drove it for one day and it broke down again. I sent it back and it broke down again. Sent it back it broke down again. I had to call the CMC corporation order together these people to repair the problem not the symptom why the car was rupturing the fuel line. They in turn were irritated because I call the corporation. So, from that point on they were incredibly rude and up noxious. Finally repaired the car after I opted to order my own parts, because they wanted to charge me 1200.00 for a fuel pump. I will never ever use this service department they were completely incompetent. The service manager even tried to blame because I purchase the car form my bank and not a dealership because the failed to fix the three times. Not, only that the rupturing of the fuel line put me and my family in danger. AVOID THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!
