V Carter: I went there to get some work done because my daughter’s car was running rough. When I came to pick her car up, someone had hit it in the back. The mechanic didn’t know who hit my car, but I was in shock because the car was parked in a street parking spot and not in the safe place behind the building. Anyways, I had to handle that with my own insurance company…What I didn’t like is how my daughter’s car was still doing the same thing. I paid $200 for the “repairs” made. Also, the car had oil stains all over the seat and floor. The interior of her car is tan, so the stains are very noticeable. I wish he would have put something down on floor/seat as a courtesy. I wonder if anyone else has had this problem?

tyler wade: They scratched my brand new wheels. The manager(Brett) scratched all 4 of my brand new wheels while mounting and balancing the tires. I asked the owner (Joey)to replace 2 that are scratched on the face and he refused. The owner of this place does not have an ounce of integrity in his body. I’m glad everyone hasn’t had the same experience bc if they do make a mistake and damage your property they will not make it right. Not only did he scratch the wheels but the weights used for balancing are now falling off without ever being mounted on a vehicle. These wheels were brand new in the box. Brett took them out of the box himself. I only opened the boxes to confirm no damage had been done in shipping prior to taking them to these very unprofessional people.

I had a power steering leak on one car and needed a motor for my ac blower on my second car. The mechanic, Chris, called the office and the lady there got back to me in minutes with a detailed price on the spot. Then he went to pick up the parts and was back the same day to fix both my cars. I loved that I could get both cars fixed the same day and didn’t have to leave home to get the work done. Very friendly people. I’ll definitely use them again!
