Emily Justice I wish there was an option to add a + to the five stars because if I could give this company more than five stars I would. The experience I had with Dean‘s auto collision was unlike any experience I’ve ever had with an auto body shop after an accident. They finished my car in a reasonable amount of time, their communication was top-notch, and my car looks good as new! To speak to the above and beyond communication; anytime they would run into an issue or if I called to get info on my car, they answered immediately every time or called me back immediately every single time. I was not left wondering what the status of my car was or when it would be returned because they made sure to keep me informed every step of the way! They also worked with my insurance company for payment (less my deductible), so that I didn’t even have to coordinate with my insurance company. They handled the whole process! I simply paid my deductible upon pick up and that was all I had to worry about. On top of this accident, I also needed my air fixed and one other issue fixed from a previous wreck and those services they provided were affordable. I will forever take my vehicles back to Dean‘s and will recommend anyone else take their vehicles to Dean’s for any body work!

Tuesday, I dropped the car off and Shane said to be patient he was slammed. I expected 3 or 4 days but got a call on the next day to pick it up. Changed a bad fuel injector and good to go. Always good service at a fair price. A good, honest and dependable auto repair shop is nice to have on speed dial when you need them.

Donna Hayes While traveling from Tennessee to Georgia on the Saturday after the 4th of July, our truck started having a "charging system failure", aka alternator issues. It was 2 pm and we panic called this shop. The shop owner, Mr. Mike, answered and mentioned that they were about to close up shop but to head his way. We did and Mr. Mike called me back and told me to turn off all the electrical components that I could and if we broke down, he would come get us. He even wanted to know our vin number so that he could start trying to find us an alternator. We made it there and within an hour, our truck was running perfectly. Mike and his team, Steve and Shay, were beyond nice. I highly recommend this shop. They are kind and honest and fairly priced. Thank you Mr. Mike for your help ❤️.

Maria Locher-Claus If I could give more than 5 ⭐️’s-I would! I was traveling from Florida to Nashville, unfortunately had a flat tire at Buc ee’s. AAA put on a spare tire but I could only go 50 miles an hour on it and I had to get back to Florida-a 8 hour trip. I was advised to go to Walmart automotive, (BUT I like to keep my business with SMALL businesses and I am so happy I did!). Within a total of 30 minutes, they found a 21 inch tire for my Mercedes SUV (which are hard to come by) to replace the spare tire. I cannot believe the very, very REASONABLE fee for this OUTSTANDING and FRIENDLY service! I am the luckiest person to have found Executive Park Tire! (P.S I only give five star reviews when I am totally astonished by the service)

J&M Roofing & Construction Broke down today in Georgia, called several shops, and was referred by another mobile mechanic to Gary here at Cain Truck Repair. Called them around 530, and by 930, we were up and running for a very reasonable price. Garys customer service is phenomenal!!
