And shes has answered the phone every time I have a question or concern. If she didnt answer, she returns my call within minutes. 10/10 Customer service!

Tammy Ridder Needed to stop for an oil change on our route from Florida to Boston unexpectedly. We pulled in to Master Lube and we pulled back out no more than 10 minutes later worth a complete oil change and great service. Super friendly and efficient! Thanks for not delaying our travels and keeping us safe on the road!

John Littlefield I drove in 10 minutes before closing and they were 100% ok with my arrival. I was out in ten minutes just as they estimated. Im very pleased with the good attitude & service. Well worth the effort to drive here.

Paula Taylor A dear friend of mine has had her car there for over 3 months. She already paid them & the man has continued to lie about when her car is going to get repaired and when she ask for her money back he said he spent it on repairing other automobiles at his shop.

Ryan McKinley My wife and I broke down on the way back to Texas on I-95 and we ended up having to get towed here. First and foremost, they actually answered the phone, which was great because most of the shops around didn’t even have anyone available to answer the phone. Everyone in the shop was very kind and courteous and the best part was they’re able to fix my brake issue and did it all for an extremely fair price. I really appreciate kind and honest service wherever I can get it so that’s why I’m taking the time to leave this positive review and if you ever need anything done, I would definitely take my car there because they have knowledgeable kind and first come first serve service.

Ash kat Waste of a trip. We asked to have our truck properly diagnosed to figure out why the check engine light was on. Instead, we were nearly overcharged for a catalytic converter—around $1,000—a price the front desk associate seemed to guess off the top of their head without a real inspection. They assumed we didn’t have the money to pay for it and pushed our vehicle to the side without completing a proper diagnosis. The actual issue was something completely different, and our truck was repaired elsewhere for just $240. Thank you to Hastings Automotive LLC for the honest service. This is the second vehicle I’ve taken to Hastings, and they’ve never steered me wrong. They are extremely knowledgeable, while the Duckworth employees seemed lost and almost surprised when expected to have real answers. We won’t be returning to Bill Duckworth for any future vehicle needs.

Moniqie Mcmillen The worst service ever they didn’t even fix the problem. Had my truck for two weeks and didn’t even fix what I paid and will never deal with them again. had to take my truck to another company found out that A1 performance Eric switched out the stall. It was gonna try to charge me for my own original stall. I have all the evidence that I need. I’m gonna file a lawsuit against y’all.you just do people like that I have all my evidence and proof y’all better be ready cause I’m coming full force. I want my money back for service and y’all stole my stall. If you trying to get your vehicle tuned, do not come here they do not tune vehicles. They don’t even have the equipment to do tuning. They are a bunch of liars paid them entirely too much money for services that I didn’t get done only to be stolen from.

George Schlicker The team at 2EZ Automotive are AWESOME! I have a special relationship with my Ford Truck.... I love my F150. I am picky about who works on my truck but now would not go anywhere other than 2EZs Automotive for anything we need. The work is great, but it is a lot more than that. All the folks at 2EZ are great, caring people that really love their efforts to keep our wheels in motion. You call and talk to real people, and my experience has been quick appointments. The team always keeps me informed and I have actually learned a lot about my F150 when getting repairs. NO surprises.... NO pressure up-sell effort, just plain old school advice and recommendations. Much better value than I experienced messing around with a dealership. I highly recommend that you trust 2EZ Automotive to take care of your ride!

Saucoya Thomas Horrible experience and will not recommend to anyone. We took our truck there for 1 thing after getting it diagnosed, they said it needed something other than what we thought it was okay not a problem. We paid that then a day later we took it back because it sounded worse than before they said it had oil leaks. after paying 2,200 dollars we got the truck back and it drove good for 1 day and then we took it back again, they told me the oil pump came off then after the truck being there for 1 week with no contact from them, they say that its the motor. I feel like when a car is first being diagnosed which is something you are paying for when you take it that they need to state all that is wrong and let you pick what you want to do not keep paying them and all these other problems come later on. Now I have a truck that I can do nothing with and still making payments. Car dealer said to take them to court which I am!!!!!!! Wish I could give no stars, Its all about communication.

Buddy G Barnes tire and trailer serviced my boat trailer in June of 2025 . The manager as well as all staff were extremely courteous and went out of their way to do everything they could to make the experience great and 5 star worthy . It started when the trailer was parked in the back and the night before it rained over 2” , the young man would not let me get wet hooking up the trailer , he immediate took his shoes off and slogged through the water to hook up the trailer for me . After taking the trailer home I noticed a few things wrong with the trailer , completely separate and unrelated to anything Barnes fixed earlier in the week . In a rush and having to leave for a long trip the next day , I asked if they could take care of these few things and keep in mind , they are usually 1-2 weeks out for repairs , I didn’t have any expectations that they would have time to get to my trailer and without hesitation , the manager said , we will get it done , I don’t know how , but we will figure it out . In my experience , this doesn’t happen anymore in service ….. he could have easily said sorry , we just don’t have time and sent me on my way , but that wasn’t the case and I certainly appreciated and respect the can do attitude and the quality of work was second to none . I highly recommend Barnes tire and trailer and will always be a return customer !!

Larry Kock We have had questionable experience at a couple other tire dealers. My wife’s Acura needed tires and we called Barnes based on reviews we saw. Terry took our call, quickly quoted us an ‘out the door price’ on Cooper tires including mounting and balance. We set an appointment. The experience was good, they did suggest an alignment but also showed abnormal wear on three tires. $50 to check alignment, $100 to do it. Total experience was good and we would recommend .

Lynne Dampier I would definitely recommend All Season Automotive for their oil change, topping off fluids & tire rotation. They did a great job for me on this. Plus they went out of their way to research an issue I was having with my car. And told me of two options that I could choose to resolve this issue. They explained both options in great detail, & were very helpful in me making a decision to resolve this issue immediately, & in an ongoing continuous status. Plus gave me info on how to resolve this issue on a permanent basis, if I so decide in the future. I cant recommend them enough!!

Dianne Newell Charlie Williamson is the only person I want to work on my vehicles. I have 3 vehicles he has worked on in the past. He is the most honest mechanic and person I’ve ever met. His work is always done in a timely manner and the price is always fair. I can’t imagine anyone having a problem with Charlie. Also my son drives 90 miles for Charlie to work on his vehicle. So anyone who needs a honest and good mechanic you can’t go wrong with Charlie Williamson.

CANN CLAYT I needed a brake booster replaced. I was referred to Williamson’s auto repair. Mr. Charlie was knowledgeable about what was needed. I took the vehicle to him by 11 and by 2:00 or so, the car was ready and the price was fair. Very kind, friendly and honest mechanic. I am a satisfied customer and will use him again.

James Montevecchio The Navy Seals of diesel repair. After 30 years of fueling diesels I became the guy that could do the unthinkable. I put 11 gallons of gas in my new Duramax at the Flying J. I immediately googled local shops and Diesel came up. The owner answered the phone and a half hour later three guys pull up in a truck followed by a flatbed. The truck was to pull my trailer. They arranged it all. We made it to the shop where they accommodated me and my dogs for the time it took to flush out the truck and got me back in the road in 4 hours. The price was the price as promised at the beginning. No haggling. No BS. As a bonus they gave me maintenance advice for how to keep the truck in top condition(likely worth more than the price of the whole repair in the long run). I will be looking ahead to getting my truck to them for future work I cannot do myself on my trips up and down the east coast. Don’t hesitate to call these guys.

Kevin Jones Robert and his family are straight up honest & trustworthy people I was traveling back to Houston from Charleston with a new trailer when my 2019 Power Stroke broke down. They fixed my truck the day after it was dropped at their shop. They did not just throw prices and parts at me. They fixed what was wrong. I highly recommend them to anyone over any dealership. I cannot say Thank You enough to them. I could only give them 5 stars because that is whats available. They are a 10 Star shop in my book. Thank you for all you guys did. Johanna Williams My Jeep Patriot 14 was driving erratically and showing and engine light. A relative recommended T & J and helped me get it there one morning. It is conveniently located on Scranton near 95 and the malls. They maintained good communication with me, calling when the diagnostic showed the throttle body was in need of cleaning. After the work was done, they test drove it and called me to say the mechanic would drive it another time to be sure it was fixed. Then they called to say it was ready. It was fixed on the same day we got it to them. I appreciated their keeping me informed during the process and I am very pleased with the work they did. Their charges were reasonable. Several days later I drove it to South Carolina and back with no problem at all. I definitely recommend T & J Auto Service . They are a 5 star family-owned business in Brunswick.

Gabriel Alves I originally contacted them for a broken bolt in my timing cover after replacing my water pump. Unfortunately, it was clear that the issue was the timing cover itself. They offered to replace my timing cover and put everything back together for a very reasonable price. I agreed and they communicated with me often while acquiring the parts they needed. They put everything back together and left it much better than it was before. Detail-oriented, efficient, clean, and generally very nice people. No complaints!

Damien Main I wish our trailer didnt break down but if it had to, Im glad it happened where it did. George and Rachel were as competent as they were cordial.
