5 /5 Amy Hedrick: By far, the BEST experience I have had at Vaden Chevrolet in a very long time. They were short-staffed, warned me that it may be a couple of hours for an oil change (I always bring a book because even when promised a few minutes, ya never know). They changed my oil and rotated my tires in barely under an hour! To have made a last-minute appointment, I was amazed. Kaitlyn Call, my service technician said the crew all worked together to get my car out, she made sure it was known that the back of house crew did a great job; it was like the Indy 500 pit crew! The whole crew deserves a pat on the back for working as a team; very hard to come by in todays world.

I asked her if the service department could look at an issue that I noticed before my scheduled appointment, and she took care of it.
