1 /5 Saucoya Thomas: Horrible experience and will not recommend to anyone. We took our truck there for 1 thing after getting it diagnosed, they said it needed something other than what we thought it was okay not a problem. We paid that then a day later we took it back because it sounded worse than before they said it had oil leaks. after paying 2,200 dollars we got the truck back and it drove good for 1 day and then we took it back again, they told me the oil pump came off then after the truck being there for 1 week with no contact from them, they say that its the motor. I feel like when a car is first being diagnosed which is something you are paying for when you take it that they need to state all that is wrong and let you pick what you want to do not keep paying them and all these other problems come later on. Now I have a truck that I can do nothing with and still making payments. Car dealer said to take them to court which I am!!!!!!! Wish I could give no stars, Its all about communication.

5 /5 Capems Francois: We took our jeep to Hastings Automotive and man was it a job for him to deal with: And he did it so Great fixing the Transmission and Oil cooler. By far this is the best mechanic I’ve met and we are from New York and Miami, Billy may come across strong? But trust me he gets the job done the right and Proper way Because he really knows how to get it done right, So my hats off to a real Mechanic with knowledgeable Staff. And the Prices are by far on time!

1 /5 Sandra Williams: I returned my vehicle for the 3rd time and the mechanic refused to serve me because I wrote a negative review. He advised that he is the owner. (Billy) I did not want to return for the same issue but I had paid them my money and it was only right for them to repair it correctly. He wanted to know why I came to the business in the first place. I told him that on last year when I came for service the gentleman who was there before him was kind and professional unlike him. He talked down to me and was a smart at the mouth and sarcastic. He refused to service my truck even after I asked him to let another mechanic check my vehicle. I want a refund.

1 /5 Patrick Cochran: THE ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE I’ve ever taken my car to, period!!!!! HASTING AUTOMOTIVE LLC ARE CONMEN AND MY CAR IS IN WORSE SHAPE FROM THE NEGLECT IT RECEIVED WHILE UNDER THEIR CARE!!! All they did was park my car in their yard for 2 weeks and for $51 I got to vacuum standing water out from around my battery and fuse box. They didn’t even use the blue 8x12’ tarp sitting in the front passenger seat. On 1/22/2024 I dropped my car off at Hastings Automotive LLC. My #1 complaint was that my car experiences electrical malfunctions whenever it rains and that the back window wouldn’t roll up all the way. I even had an 8x12’ waterproof tarp **Not once did anyone call me to give me any updates on my vehicle.** On 1/30/2024 I drove by to check on the progress. I was informed that they “were chasing ghosts in my vehicle. They keep running into dead-ends had as a last-ditched effort we’re ordering some fairytale electrical component that would be arriving by 1/31/2024. On 2/4/2024, I drove by Hastings and took a video of my car sitting on their lot uncovered getting rained on. On 2/6/2024 I went to go check on my car again. I was informed that “I would need to take my car to the dealership.” Evidently, they’d “spent so much time getting nowhere that they felt bad and were only going to charge me $52 (for 30min of labor). It then took them hours to produce my vehicle. *** Not one piece of information was given to me about any findings. Anything they could rule out, deduce, no speculations.*** I had to vacuum out pooling water from around my exposed battery in the back seat of my car. BASICALLY HASTING AUTOMOTIVE ARE CONMEN AND MY CAR IS IN WORSE SHAPE FROM THE NEGLECT IT RECEIVED WHILE UNDER THEIR CARE!!!
