After the truck had been sitting for more than 20 years, J &J Tire & Service was able to get the engine purring like a kitten! Donald, the mechanic who worked his magic, along with the entire J & J Team, was absolutely outstanding! Their teamwork has definitely made the dream of getting my husbands truck up and running work!! The truck is a 1997 GMC 350 engine! Wow!

Just 67 miles from our destination, after more than three hours on the road, a pothole had other plans and left us with a flat tire. Thankfully, a kind and generous gentleman stopped to help us change the tire, turning what could have been a stressful moment into a reminder that good people still exist. Once we made it to our hotel, we contacted J&J, and they immediately put our minds at ease. Their professionalism, compassion, and efficiency were unmatched. They quickly ordered a new tire and scheduled an appointment, making what could have been a travel nightmare feel like a minor detour. Their customer service was second to none. We are deeply grateful for the help we received—from the stranger on the roadside to the incredible team at J&J.
