We had Honda roadside assist (which was great!) wand they flat towed us to Nalley Honda The service department was wonderful! Within an hour we were on our way with a very reasonably priced exact replacement for our tire. I highly recommend this dealership!

5 /5 Len Lee: I called 6 Honda Dealers in the Jacksonville Florida area to get a price to replace the head gasket on my 2018 Accord. Garret Phillips at Nalley Honda was the only advisor that took my call. She was very nice and said she would call back in 20 minutes with a quote. She called back and also emailed me a detail service quote. I called and set up the appointment to bring it in and it was a very simple process. Garret called me and gave me updates during the repair. Garret even stayed 15 mins past closing to allow me to pick up my car after work. I was VERY satisfied with the dealership and Ms. Garret was the star of the show. It has been along time since a dealership employee went above and beyond to help me during a repair process. I will defiantly return to Nalley for all of my service needs.

4 /5 Antresha Holmes: This was my first visit to Nalley Honda, but it wont be my last. My service agent was friendly and my service was pretty quick. My favorite part is always the multi-point inspection, no matter what Im having serviced on my car, because I like to know how my car is doing overall. Before leaving, the service agent took the time to go through my inspection report with me line by line and offered tips to extend the life of certain points.

3 /5 Alan T: While I trust the Honda service techs to do a good job with my service/repairs, the time it took to get my vehicle into the shop from check-in point to even start my service was 1 hour and 5 minutes! More efficient scheduling of appointments would make for happier clients.
