Steve Grdinich I was hit by a hit and run driver in Carrollton and run off the road into some mud in the median. These people were called out by the Carrollton Police dept. All they did was hook up a chain and pull my car a total of 15 out of a soft spot .They charged me $125!!! Way to take advantage of someone in a bad situation! Use these crooks at your own risk !

jamel Walker I took my truck there recently from a deer accident and I figured it was going to take weeks for them to fix it honestly. But to my very pleasant surprise. They fixed in such a short time and efficiently, I was a happy camper. They also made it look brand new too. Ive use to have another car that had a deer accident and the place before took weeks and you can tell they didnt properly repair because it stood out like a sore thumb. 10/10 everything and will 100% recommend you to bring your car here.

Greg W. Kenny is the most knowledgeable owner for any car repair. He had our car for over 4 weeks. Thankfully we didn’t need it. Trial and error, looked everywhere for the part he needed, refunded the difference he charged us. He is by far the most honest mechanic I have ever known. HIGHLY RECOMMEND KENNY AND ACCURATE AUTO SERVICE IF YOU WANT CLOSE TO PERFECTION.

Z G I almost always prefer to work on my own vehicles to save money, but when a repair is beyond my knowledge or requires tools I don’t have; Kenny at Accurate Auto is the only person I’d trust to get the job done right. The shop may not look like much, but he’s honest and fair. I recently towed my fiancés 95 civic in thinking it had a blown head gasket. After mentally preparing myself to shell out the money for what I was sure would be an expensive repair, Kenny called and said that it was just a heater hose and said he was confident I could repair it myself and waived the diagnostic fee since it only took 5 minutes to locate the problem. Definitely recommend for any and all automotive repairs or maintenance.

David Childers From the receptionist Angela to Cory and Stephanie This is the place you want to get your vehicle taken care of They are professional, courteous, and their product of work is above reproach They don’t cut corners and in my particular case, which may not be normal they well in advance to proceeded the time it took to do the repairs I think some of that was due to the fact that the parts were readily available and they have the manpower to get the job done and they did it and they did it and they did it professional I would highly recommend this place to anyone that was considering getting auto bodywork done and if you go there and visit them, you will see why

Chad Walker I took my wifes car there after a hit and run accident. There was plenty of front end and fender damage, as well as scratches on the front wheel. I was worried I would be able to tell after the repair, but it honestly looked as good as new. Great work, body work was perfect, paint was all perfect, wheel looked like nothing ever happened. I would definitely recommend this body shop. Good people there with quality work.

George Bonorden I used Garner Collision Repair twice to repair damage to our Prius. The 1ST repair was done when it was owned by the founder of the body shop. His paint job was ok. But after several years, the side he repaired and painted look like crap. The silver paint has peeling clear coat and the paint looks blotchy. A disaster of a repair. The 2ND repair was done by the second owner of the company. I had a lady back into the right rear quarter panel. The accident separated seams causing water to leak into the 12V battery compartment. I took it back to him and the next day he called to tell me it was fixed. He did fix anything. I found the leaking seam & sealed it to stop the leak. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY ACCIDENT REPAIRS. i WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE ELSE. THERE HAS TO BE SOMEONE BETTER AT REPAIRING DAMAGED VEHICLES THAN GARNER COLLISION REPAIR.

Adam Sears I went here in the past to fix some abs issues on my prius and remembered them doing a great job. I went back again last week for some work with my timing belt and struts/shocks. They did another great job on both! Car is driving like new again. Their prices are cheaper than anywhere else I found and even with having to tack on a $100 charge for something else that was needed for the repair it was still cheaper than anywhere else. Told them to give themselves a tip and round it up to $950. I definitely recommend these guys. Best all around prices and work in the Carrollton area.

Gwen Cotton Our car engine stopped in the turning lane in Carrollton so we had our car towed to We Repair Auto Care! I called Mike to see if he could check out our car and if they could fix it! Several times I called Mike checking on things and he always answered and was very friendly! Often times, when you call businesses you get put on hold or have to leave a message! Not with Mike! He’s always there being helpful! Unfortunately, they couldn’t repair the engine so we had to have our car towed to the dealership. We had to keep our car there for a few days while we were deciding what to do. Mike never charged us for checking out our problem nor did he charge us for keeping our car safe, for a couple days, before we had it towed to the dealership! Mike was very fair, honest, professional and caring about taking care of our needs! Now a-days it’s hard to find a business with those qualities! Check out Mike @ We Repair Auto Care on Bankhead Hwy! Kevin OBrien This is the Liliac Band assistant manager Casey Obrien we needed one of our break chambers replaced before we head out on the next part of our Rise Up Tour . I Called Chris yesterday and he said bring it in. Since we didnt get there until late in the afternoon he said they would get to it first thing in the morning. You will not overpay and you can be confident your vehicle will get the best care. Dont waste your time and money going anywhere else.

RRR 62 I can only speak for the alignment part of this business and the young man that did mine. Ram 3500 cab and chassis. OEM specs will destroy your tires and with a little research I discovered the problem. Called around to a few shops and most are not willing to listen to other than factory specifications. The lady at Roys told me to bring it by and the alignment technician already had that exact remedy taped to his tool box. 6 months and tires look great and smooth ride. Great job.

ivan dsouza Had asked to replace the O2 sensor on my car. These guys got the back one easily but striped the main on the exhaust manifold. Told to buy a new exhaust manifold with new O2 sensor. Tried calling to make an appointment multiple times no response or a call back. Very shady place and dealing.

I was referred to them through a Facebook group when i reached out for help with my catalytic converter reading a P040 and my check engine light on. I had been browsing for weeks on my own online afraid to drive except only in emergencies. Nicole is so informative just as much as Kevin the mechanic! Kevin was super thorough and inspected anything i was unsure about and gave me such comfort to know that my baby was in their care. I had a 48 hr turn around for my welding job done to fix my converter. I will be recommending them to everyone i know. Kevin will even come out to the customer if the car isn’t drivable. Amazing people, amazing service. Thank you both for your integrity and transparency in what you do. You both are truly GEMS in the industry.
