Charlie Reese BEWARE! I have been changing my own oil for over 30 years, but last time on my 2013 Ford 5.4L, I was too busy and had EOC do it. Big mistake! PROBLEM 1: the 5/8" head OEM oil plug I had been using for 8 years with no issues was replaced with a different one with a 17mm head. Whether they lost or stripped the threads in my old one, I got the joy of crawling out and back to the toolbox. PROBLEM 2: The wrong oil filter was used, potentially causing engine damage. If youre using EcoGard, this engine requires the X4651, not the X2500 which is used for Fords V-6 engines. Look at the size difference between the correct Fram PH2 and what they used! I cant think of a more effective way to starve oil flow in my 200k-mile engine. Just because it screws on doesnt mean it fits, folks! PROBLEM 3: Take a look at the filter end, which I eventually had to use channel locks to remove. My "claw" wrench wouldnt even spin it off! Their mechanics need to be trained to hand-tighten filters. The filter wrench is only for removal! So, in summary, my 30-minute oil change morphed into a 2-hour ordeal. You have been warned - I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

J Shepherd Sent to them for fuel injectors and back brake pad change, came back with more problems!! Broken spark plugs that was told they took out? Why? And the brake caliper sensor plug wasnt hooked back in!! Paid these guys to give me more repair Bills!!!! No recommend for these guys!!

Joe Fletcher sorry work broke things didnt connect parts they took off causing more mechanical problems and would not admit to wrong doing have called and was smart mouthed think twice before u use them cause on scale of 1 to 10 they maybe be a 4 Im am disputing charges at the present time and will be contacting the better business bureau up date took part to 2 mechanical shops I was told it was not stress cracks bankhead said it was to hide the fact that it was their fought also paid mechanical shop to bolt part that they zip tied the only God they believe in is on green back (in God we trust) will keep u updated who knows they call me another name or 2

John Howley Look they took care of me off of one phone call to have my alternator replaced. Everyone there was really nice once I dropped the truck off they got it done in the same day and were honest with me every phone call.

Ed Miller My daughter had an issue with her vehicle and needed help. She ‘s away at school so it was hard to come home for repairs. Called early in the morning and spoke with Wayne . I explained the situation he was very professional and we made plans for my daughter to drop her vehicle off. The vehicle was fixed within hours and at a very fair price. Thanks Wayne for taking care of this in such a timely manner and please thank the technician for me too you guys are awesome!!

Kevin Thrasher They did a detailed diagnostic of my car, explained the problem to me in an easy to understand explanation, and then broke down the cost for the repair(time, labor, parts, ect.) in a way that I could comprehend, we were even able to out the payment method into a way I could easily do. They even worked hard when it was starting to get dark. I will definitely have to use them again if I have any more Car troubles.

alexiss myers I came up to his shop on Tuesday (06/27) when my car stalled out and kept hesitating when accelerating, Johnny himself said the issue was that my car was misfiring because of my ignition control module and that one of my coil packs was working around half capacity and that I needed to replace it as well. I test drove my car today (06/29) since I had just gotten the chance to after replacing the exact coil pack that was said to be failing. I was also told that he “couldn’t diagnose the issue because my ecu isn’t able to be read” when I know for a fact that I’ve had codes pulled off of it before. After test driving it today I’ve found that my car is still acting the same exact way it was before I took it to his shop. I believe that Johnnys shop is not a good recommendation for anyone that’s needing mechanical work done to their vehicles; furthermore Johnny also refuses to answer the phone most of the time, he’s never at his shop when you need him to be, he acts like a know it all, he’s overall just not a good person to be in customer service with. I myself will never recommend him to anyone I know.

Gail Stewart I could not find anyone in the Carrollton area who would work on my 1978 Ford truck carburetor. Mr. Newell rebuilt it for me at a reasonable price and the old truck runs great. Robert Stewart

Bert C They mistakenly or fraudulently installed a used transmission in my car instead of a new one, which caused it to fail within a year. Due to their negligence, Ford is now claiming that the warranty is no longer valid. Ford has sent them an invoice for the damage, as they are liable. However, they have stopped responding to any calls from me or the Ford dealership. BEWARE!!.

Tim McHale As I read some of these reviews I dont know if we are talking about the same place. My wife and I have been bringing our trucks here for 3or4 years. Jason and his staff have shown nothing but professional and friendly service, Ive taken my truck there for loose wires and whatnot and he fixed it without charging me....you do not find that ANYWHERE any more. They also have fit our trucks in their busy schedules and is much appreciated. This is where me and my wife are going to spend most of our stimulus so we can encourage more businesses to be like this one. Integrity, honesty, fair prices and great work is what you will find here if you dont like these things maybe this isnt the place for you. Thanks again Jason and your staff

Donald Hendrix I had my Truck brought in which needed the cooling system checked, running hot under tow. Jason took the job even though several shops would not due to it being a 1996 year model. I told him if at all possible I needed it done by the next day due to going out of town, and he basically replaced the entire cooling system and put a larger radiator in to ensure the Truck ran cool. We took the trip towing our trailer and it never got even close to running hot once. They did a great job and a reasonable price considering the amount of work that had to be done and got it done on time. I wanted to thank them for doing such a great job.

April Capps I called on a Tuesday afternoon when I heard my brakes make a noise. Ash said I can drop it in the morning, I did at 7. By 9:30 I get a text it is ready. Brakes, rotors, oil change and tires rotated.. that fast. This is the place to go if you want dependable, affordable and friendly service. Supporting a hometown business is my first choice, especially when it is a top tier provider. I enjoy calling for an appointment then coming by to pick it up all the while knowing my vehicle is in their competent hands. I would not go anywhere else and recommend to anyone I can. Robert Morrison 1st time here, and came because the overall great ratings... I will NEVER go back to the dealer for an oil change again! I was in and out so much quicker, never even leaving my vehicle, and cost me less money! The techs are very nice and knowledgable. They checked my fluids, added air to my tires, and gave me a very reasonable quote on a new set! They even showed me the oil dipstick to ensure I knew it was at the proper level. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Kenisha Wesley was excellent! The alternator drive belt on my sister’s Honda Pilot shredded and was literally coming apart while she was driving. We were three minutes away from Express, so we called and they were able to get us in quickly for an assessment. It was busy when we arrived, but they were able to remove and replace the belt in under 2- hours! Wesley came and told us that everything else checked out great in the assessment, and it was only the belt which was great news! Wesley was friendly on the phone, friendly in-person, knowledgeable, had great customer service skills and we are back on the road!! Thank you Express!! We appreciate you!

Joel and his team replaced my vacuum pump for my 2017 Chevy Malibu. Done the job perfectly and very, please HEAR me! Very reasonably priced. They were kind and honest and fair.
