George HARTLEY Really love this place. Everyone here is like family....not only have been going here 15 to 20 years..so has my sister and both parents...they fix sll our cars and we have even purchased 2 cars from them. I really do believe that they are extremely fair with their pricing on cars and repairs...i highly reccomend them ..

KH Payne Tammy and her team are amazing! They are nice, knowledgeable and very reasonable. They will perform a full diagnostic for a nominal fee. The drive from Cobb county was well worth it. They repaired my Range Rover for $$$$ LESS than the dealership quoted me. Tammy even advocated for me when one of my parts was under warranty. She could have easily just sold me another part. That is the epitome of service and transparency! Thank you!!! I highly recommend them. I waited a couple of months to write this review so that I could honestly say that my car is functioning well after being serviced.

Greatest Ever Picked the vehicle up from him FOR A WATERPUMP JOB (nothing to do with the battery) & it died 5 minutes down the road so we go to oreilleys & find out it’s not the correct battery to fit an 07 dodge dakota The little one is what come off the truck & the big one beside of it is what they told us the trucks correct battery. Called Kevin and he said “I gotta get back to work” & hung up DO NOT USE THEM THEY SWAP BATTERIES SHAME ON THEM

Darrayal Williams Big shout out to dee, I came in not knowing what was wrong with my car he diagnosed the problem got the part and got me back on the road all in the same day! 5/5 recommended clean professional workmanship at a great price!

Tim McLeod After reading all the good reviews I trusted Nick and his crew to fix my car, we had a few hiccups a long the way but all and all he did a great job and crystal kept me updated the whole time. Being a single full time dad and holding down a full time job all at the same time Nick kept his word and made it possible to get me in and out of there in a timely manner. I would recommend them for anyone who needs body work done. Thanks again....

Maxime Chamberland Avoid this place. I took it there for my 2000 z3 for rear end damage in 2023. I cant even remember how long my car was stuck there because they were waiting on parts. The insurance company refused to extend my rental past 1.5 months because this place took so long. They didnt offer me a loaner so I was without a car for a week. When I got the car back, the driver door handle was broken off. They said it was because my car was "dry rotted" and not their fault... They offered to replace it but immediately backed off when they saw a replacement was $500+ on ebay. I get the car is old and things can break, but they told me they had just repainted a z3 a few months prior. Dont accept the work if you cant guarantee you wont break it. I expect old plastic pieces to break off when removing body panels, not the damn door handle I used every single day. The fender they replaced and painted also got chipped during reassembly. To make things worse, when I got the car back, the battery light was on. I would have appreciated the courtesy to let me know ahead of time so I could arrange for that to be looked at after they had left me stranded for over a week without a car. I dont blame them for the alternator dying but a heads up would have been real nice, especially when that could have been fixed while they were waiting on parts. I mean, what didnt get chipped on the paint looks good, but now I dont have a door handle anymore cause theyve been discontinued for years.

H Soliman I never personally been to this business however, a friend of mine was in the state and he was desperate to get his emission testing done, fortunately for him, we found this place and we were helped by Trey. What a wonderful professional man I really appreciate your honesty and your professionalism, straightforward guy prices really good and the service is excellent. Well and Lee recommend anyone in the area to go to these guys. Thank you. Try for your awesome help.

JJ JJ Very professional and reasonable price. Will come back again for sure

Kevin Johnson My wife and I were recently in an accident and Caliber Collision in Newnan GA was recommended to us for service and repairs. The service we received there was exemplary. The customer care was exceptional, and Big Mike, walked us through the entire process. When we received our vehicle back, it was in mint condition. My wife and I were absolutely overjoyed. I highly recommend their service.

Casheena Fudge I cannot recommend Caliber Collision highly enough! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with professionalism, transparency, and genuine care. The staff made a stressful situation so much easier—they walked me through the repair process, kept me updated every step of the way, and delivered my car back looking better than ever. Not only was the work flawless—my car looked brand new—but they also completed the job faster than expected. Their attention to detail, friendly customer service, and clear communication truly set them apart. They even handled all the coordination with my insurance, which saved me a ton of time and hassle. If you’re looking for quality repairs, excellent customer care, and a team that truly values your time and trust, Caliber Collision is the place to go. I’ll never take my car anywhere else! Thank you Conner and Caliber Collision of Newnan!!!!

Heather Savage Affordable. Professional. Thorough. Honest. Fast turn around time. We were looking for a shop that could test the emissions and work on our truck in the process until we could get it to pass. We gave Auto Emissions and Repair a call, they were so thorough which was very much appreciated with what we had going on and needed. They did a diagnostic test on it within half a day, suggested what we needed and got our truck to pass the emissions. Also, at the same time our Toyota Highlander was in desperate need of breaks, they let us drop our car off and had it ready on the next day. They do more than just emissions type of repairs. We are very pleased with this shop and will be using them going forward.

Montes Stefany (Gamer_Gal_97) This place is great. The man who helped me did amazing. I went to Discount Tire to change one tire and they ended up damaging my lug nut. Claiming they "couldnt take it off." So, I went here and he took his time and believed he could take it off and he did! If I could give him more than 5 stars, I would. Thank you so much for helping me get that off. Great prices here too yall.

Robert Scott I was having an electrical issue with my Honda Odyssey where my battery would keep losing its charge while just sitting in my driveway. I made an appointment with Ken and that day I connected the new battery and my car would not start. Ken came to my house and repaired the non start problem. I then took the car to Kens shop where he resolved my electrical battery drain issue and conducted a test to show no more battery drain. I appreciate Kens professionalism and quick response. It is nice to have a trustworthy mechanic who you can bring your vehicles to. I will definitely refer Ken to all my friends and family.

H Soliman I am not from the state. I never personally been to the shop however I simply called the shop no one answered. I was calling to ask them about smog test and I was lucky enough to have kem calling me back five minutes later answer my question advise me on what to do, even though I had already explained to him that I found a place. He’s very honest and very knowledgeable. Such a good man. I certainly recommend anyone in the area to go to him.

Joseph Neese Had an awesome experience at Express Oil Change thanks to Thomas! He was professional, efficient, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. It’s rare to find someone who takes the time to explain things clearly and make sure you’re comfortable with the service. Quick turnaround, great attitude, and top-notch customer care. Definitely coming back because of the great service!

Jimmy Winzer Excellent, fast service on oil change! I literally waited 5 minutes and I was in the bay. Thomas was friendly and knowledgeable. We had a conversation about vehicles and engines while he was performing his job which made the 20 minutes go by. He is required to go over all the manufacturers recommended service based on miles but it never came across as selling up. He also diagnosed several things on my chevy truck that were in various stages of needing repair, all of which I already was aware of and nailed it! I will definitely be bringing all of my vehicles here in the future.

Gideon Gr Very affordable mechanic and very professional. Will also get the work done quickly.

Stanton Berry Great shop! I have only received outstanding service from the wife and husband that run this location. Each experience regarding a quick fix OR product pricing has allowed me to leave with a smile on my face. Please go to this shop for an amazing experience and you will NOT regret it!

Jeff I had an excellent first experience with Driven Import Auto Care! They installed upgraded suspension on my Grenadier Trialmaster, and I couldnt be more pleased with the results. From start to finish, their team was professional, helpful, and communicative—keeping me updated via text every step of the way. Its clear they take pride in their work and value customer service. I won’t hesitate to return for any future service or upgrades. Great job, and thank you again!

Patrice Jackson I simply cant say enough good things about my experience at Driven Import Auto Repair. Josh and the staff are first rate. I had a lingering mechanical issue that the dealer was unable to properly diagnose. The staff at Driven diagnosed the issue, reconciled with my warranty company to ensure that OEM parts were installed to ensure a comprehensive repair was completed to our satisfaction. I highly recommend their services to any and everyone who may be searching for ethical ,professional, first rate auto care.

Robert Underwood Good mechanic ,good people, what else is there to look for in someone you need to work on your vehical... Really helped us and got my daughter bk on the road.

Austin Honest and best vehicle repair company around. Ive taken 3 of my vehicles here. And have never regretted it! 2014 6.7 dodge Cummins, 2023 Dodge Srt Challenger, 1995 Ford Bronco

Indigo Anonymous Amazing service, they were on time, and completed every task we asked for, and went beyond. Cory even followed up with us, abt how happy we were with their service. We would definitely call them on future electric issues. Thank you!!

Aidan Astin Excellent family owned business! The guys here really know their stuff and have helped me out with a lot of repairs and rebuilds, as well as just their knowledge of electrical systems on vehicles and equipment. Also very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

Brandi Cousin I initially gave this shop 5 stars after my first appt here. But I later found out he was robbing me. Every month I needed something new and different with my car. After going back 4 times in less than a year, they told me I needed a catalytic converter that would cost in the thousands. I just got my car fixed there again and after 2 weeks, heres ANOTHER issue. I had NEVER had any issues before this shop did my tune up, now its issue after issue. This time, I finally took my car to Dodge. They saw all the issues HE cauaed with my car and there is NOTHING wrong with my catalytic converter. After my Dodge appt my car even runs quieter. After my appts with him, my car waa running loud as hell every time. Stay away from this shop. He knew I had a good warranty and was taking advantage as well as me paying out of pocket for things.

Steel Reign This place is awesome, Great customer service and very knowledgeable. You can trust them with your vehicle and be assured that you will get a reasonable price for service and an honest assessment of maintenance required. Ive been here twice with two different cars and both times I left feeling good about this place. They have earned my business for sure.

Eric Larson I had a great experience. They are crazy busy but that’s likely because they have good prices and do good work. Everything was done well, on time, and at the price they told me. I’ll be back when I need more tires thanks guys.

Wendy Fuller Bucks had to replace my radiator and they took great care of me. The guys that work there treat me like a person even though I’m a woman. They never talk down to me. Love this place

Joshua Wilson I went in for a leaking valve stem. They snapped a lug nut in the process of removing the tire, refused to pay for it and tried to charge me $400-700 to remove 1 lug. So I bought a $50 removal tool off Amazon and removed the broken lug in 2 mins… they are absolutely trash… their so called techs used an impact. If you had any type of real knowledge you would know not to. It’s a real shame, because I absolutely hate big dealerships.

Scott Gray I had a fantastic experience getting my oil change here! The team was fast, professional, and super friendly. They explained everything clearly and didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and my car was ready quicker than expected. It’s clear they care about their customers and take pride in their work. Highly recommend for anyone looking for honest, efficient, and quality service!

Ross Ammerman Been coming here for a while now even though it’s a bit out of my way. The service I receive from Alex and Jacob is top notch. Alex has even alerted me to other potential issues that may need to be addressed in the future and has helped resolve them if he was able to. I will continue to be a customer as long as these two are here. Great chemistry and service. Bravo gentleman!

Iris Carrero I had an amazing experience getting my oil changed here! George, was incredibly friendly, explained everything clearly, and got the job done quickly without cutting corners. It’s rare to find a place that’s both efficient and honest, I’ll definitely be coming back for all my future maintenance needs. Highly recommend!

Steven Hart The man was going to charge me $180 dollars to replace a headlight bulb in my wifes car. I explained to Mike that he didnt have to remove the front bumper just jack the car up remove the tire and the cover panel and just replace the bulb right there. I then went to Mr Rodriguez (Brakes and Muffler) told him the exact same thing and he replaced my bulb for $65 dollars. I was extremely disappointed and will never return and I will never recommend his services to anyone ever again.

ANGELIA ANTHONY I am extremely unhappy with the experience I had at this service center. After leaving my vehicle with them to investigate an oil leak and a message on my dashboard, they went ahead and changed my oil without my approval and charged me $125.00. As I had recently had an oil change, I was aware that was not the cause of the issue. Moreover, their price is considerably higher than the $90 I usually pay at Express Oil. I admit I needed oil, but I would have taken it back to express for a top off. Although I did not have the means to pay the $1600 required for the repairs, I am displeased about the unauthorized work and feel taken advantage of.

Deena Houghton Not open when they claim to be. Called to verify close time. The message indicated they were open until 7pm on Thursday. Drove 20min only to find they were closed. Staff inside Chevron said it is "hit or miss" with them. They cant get help ...something about passing a state test to work there. ??? You can easily turn an alternate voice greeting on to indicate your closed for the day due to staffing issues. Dont leave prospective customers wasting expensive gas and valuable time driving over for service that isnt available.

MrFixit Ga My experience here today (10/06/23) was great. The young man doing the testing was very friendly. He did his job well and efficiently. I will definitely be back again.

Rhonda Gulnac I could not have gotten better or more prompt service from these gentleman! Definitely will be my go to for auto repairs. Reasonable and arrived I less than 30 minutes. My thanks to them for everything

G Cobb Honest man and does great work
