KH Payne Tammy and her team are amazing! They are nice, knowledgeable and very reasonable. They will perform a full diagnostic for a nominal fee. The drive from Cobb county was well worth it. They repaired my Range Rover for $$$$ LESS than the dealership quoted me. Tammy even advocated for me when one of my parts was under warranty. She could have easily just sold me another part. That is the epitome of service and transparency! Thank you!!! I highly recommend them. I waited a couple of months to write this review so that I could honestly say that my car is functioning well after being serviced.

Greatest Ever Picked the vehicle up from him FOR A WATERPUMP JOB (nothing to do with the battery) & it died 5 minutes down the road so we go to oreilleys & find out it’s not the correct battery to fit an 07 dodge dakota The little one is what come off the truck & the big one beside of it is what they told us the trucks correct battery. Called Kevin and he said “I gotta get back to work” & hung up DO NOT USE THEM THEY SWAP BATTERIES SHAME ON THEM

Maxime Chamberland Avoid this place. I took it there for my 2000 z3 for rear end damage in 2023. I cant even remember how long my car was stuck there because they were waiting on parts. The insurance company refused to extend my rental past 1.5 months because this place took so long. They didnt offer me a loaner so I was without a car for a week. When I got the car back, the driver door handle was broken off. They said it was because my car was "dry rotted" and not their fault... They offered to replace it but immediately backed off when they saw a replacement was $500+ on ebay. I get the car is old and things can break, but they told me they had just repainted a z3 a few months prior. Dont accept the work if you cant guarantee you wont break it. I expect old plastic pieces to break off when removing body panels, not the damn door handle I used every single day. The fender they replaced and painted also got chipped during reassembly. To make things worse, when I got the car back, the battery light was on. I would have appreciated the courtesy to let me know ahead of time so I could arrange for that to be looked at after they had left me stranded for over a week without a car. I dont blame them for the alternator dying but a heads up would have been real nice, especially when that could have been fixed while they were waiting on parts. I mean, what didnt get chipped on the paint looks good, but now I dont have a door handle anymore cause theyve been discontinued for years.

Heather Savage Affordable. Professional. Thorough. Honest. Fast turn around time. We were looking for a shop that could test the emissions and work on our truck in the process until we could get it to pass. We gave Auto Emissions and Repair a call, they were so thorough which was very much appreciated with what we had going on and needed. They did a diagnostic test on it within half a day, suggested what we needed and got our truck to pass the emissions. Also, at the same time our Toyota Highlander was in desperate need of breaks, they let us drop our car off and had it ready on the next day. They do more than just emissions type of repairs. We are very pleased with this shop and will be using them going forward.

Robert Scott I was having an electrical issue with my Honda Odyssey where my battery would keep losing its charge while just sitting in my driveway. I made an appointment with Ken and that day I connected the new battery and my car would not start. Ken came to my house and repaired the non start problem. I then took the car to Kens shop where he resolved my electrical battery drain issue and conducted a test to show no more battery drain. I appreciate Kens professionalism and quick response. It is nice to have a trustworthy mechanic who you can bring your vehicles to. I will definitely refer Ken to all my friends and family.

I was calling to ask them about smog test and I was lucky enough to have kem calling me back five minutes later answer my question advise me on what to do, even though I had already explained to him that I found a place. He’s very honest and very knowledgeable. Such a good man. I certainly recommend anyone in the area to go to him.

R Brubaker I have an older vehicle. It has had a few "gremlins" in the last year. While I was trouble shooting the windshield wiper fluid pump, I was referred to Ken at Black and Yellow Garage. The absolutel BEST referral ever! Finding a good mechanic is hard enough without having to pray they dont bleed you dry. Ken is the exact opposite, no rushing, no huge bill, so friendly and explained everything and backed it up with proof! As a female, I often feel like a prey animal when my car goes down, not with Ken! If you are looking for a great mechanic that takes things step by step so he only does what is actually needed and you get a great price...Ken is your man. He is so good I almost dont want to tell anyone, but sharing is caring so if you need a good, honest mechanic, call Ken at Black and Yellow.

Jimmy Winzer Excellent, fast service on oil change! I literally waited 5 minutes and I was in the bay. Thomas was friendly and knowledgeable. We had a conversation about vehicles and engines while he was performing his job which made the 20 minutes go by. He is required to go over all the manufacturers recommended service based on miles but it never came across as selling up. He also diagnosed several things on my chevy truck that were in various stages of needing repair, all of which I already was aware of and nailed it! I will definitely be bringing all of my vehicles here in the future.

Kimberly Alexander My husband came into this place today for service. No one was in the office, he waited a while until he saw an employee thru windows. He knocked on windows, guy ignored him. He walked outside to garage area, employees paid him no attention. One guy was talking to someone pulled up in a car, employee finished talking and walked right passed him and didnt even ask him he needed any help. Bad customer service. Finally my husband had to speak up just to get some attention and he asked them" so yall really was not going to help me?" and the employee said, "Oh well, Have a nice day" and cared not at all. Worst customer service experience ever. Staff was slacking and very rude today!!!! Husband had to walk away and schedule appointment at dealership.

Just know- you’re going to pay a lot in labor cost here. I feel I could have found a fix at lower price.

I had to text the person because they don’t answer and the voicemail box is full. Not a good way to do business. They texted me to say bring the car back to them Monday.
